Hyde Park Florist & Gifts are lovely people to work with, with a charming store in a great location. They were always willing and cheerful in talking with us as we ordered our wedding flowers--and were well priced and followed through. We ordered bulk flowers for wedding table arrangements--and they were very beautiful. Unfortunately, the bridal/bridesmaid bouquets were rather disappointing to me. I wanted very natural garden/herby flowers in white/sage/plum, and probably due to a color communication I got a reddish flower in my bouquet and the flowers were very staged/stiff/unnatural. There was also a random gold butterfly in my bouquet (which we removed) with further emphasized that my style was evidently completely misunderstood. I dont know if I communicated my flower choices too literally or not literally enough--but I advise being very specific about your flowers and what you do/dont want--and maybe seeing a sample ahead of time. :-)

These were BY FAR the most beautiful, high-quality arrangement of stargazer lilies I ever received. My boyfriend had them delivered and the delivery people had to return to my work twice bc I was out sick in the morning. They were completely accommodating. I will always use this florist in the future! awesome flowers. Also this is the first time I have ever written an online review on anything! :)

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day under the "Mothers Day" section of their website for $40. I was later contacted by them, they let me know that their website was incorrect and that there is a $50 minimum for any Mothers Day order, so they went ahead and cancelled my original order and resubmitted a new one for $61. Stores like this are why some people hate Mothers Day.

If youre not open during the hours you say you are, then you potentially mess very special days up by ruining timelines. My one year anniversary is tomorrow, and the fact that you are closed when youre supposed to be open has really made my life difficult. You were the only place in the area that was saying they were open on a Sunday.

A great selection of home decor as well as first rate floral arranging by a long-established florist. They handled my wedding flowers years ago and and did an amazing job. I use them for all of my floral needs to this day - and I recommend them highly.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT HET YOUR FLOWERS FROM HERE. they overcharge, and they are rude and disrespectful. Go to Poughkeepsie (10 mins away) there wont be any Mis-communication with flower orders and the price will be better.

Beautiful flowers and gifts. They have been great with the girls from our firls scout troop in offering a wreath making class every year in December. The girls look forward to that event every year.
