Good customer service; very polite and attentive and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of wide (into the 2W and 4W that I need) dress and casual shoes for women, especially in brands like New Balance and Aravon that seem to be pretty much indestructible. Unfortunately, they didnt have and couldnt order any knee-high lace-up combat boots (which I was also shopping for) in wide sizes, but I have never in my life found any companies that make wide boots in the styles Im looking for. I guess those of us with wide feet will just have to keep waiting and wishing the boot-makers will notice us. In the meantime, Ill always have dress shoes and tennis shoes.

I discovered Otherwide about six years ago. Since that time, I have bought my shoes exclusively at this store. Every year I buy one or two pair for summer and one or two pair for winter, and wear them until they wear out! The service at Otherwide is excellent. Before discovering this shop, I bought shoes that were too big because I have wide feet. This just made my feet hurt more. The clerks at Otherwide taught me what a well-fitting shoe is, and my feet feel great now. A good shoe makes all the difference, and I recommend this shop as the right place to change your life.

I do not have wide feet, but both my sister and mother do. However, there are very few shoe stores in our town that sell wide shoes. When I am in town I stop by Other Wide Shoes to look at shoes for them. The staff has been wonderful! They are prompt in helping me once I have selected shoes. They are also very helpful when it comes to returns and exchanges, since neither my sister nor my mother are present to try the shoes on.

Ive been buying my shoes exclusively from this store since I discovered it YEARS ago. Until then I had been squeezing my feet into shoes that were too tight and painful. They always have a beautiful, stylish selection from dress-up shoes to sneakers and sandals. Great customer service, always friendly and helpful. Clean, well organized store.

Great selection of wide shoes compared to your average store. Knocked off one star simply because the prices are not competitive at all and the return policy is not good. But I would come back and give them money to help them stay in business. It is always hard to for me to find a shoe that fits.
