A friend and I drove down from Prescott yesterday and were wowed by the customer service at Sole Sports. They didnt just bring us shoe sizes based on what we thought looked good but they analyzed our gait pattern and really helped us find the best shoes for our feet. Jeremy was very fun and patient. Id recommend this store for not only your shoes but theyve got some great accessories as well! Im going to drive down here for shoes from now on and as a physical therapist, Im sending my clients here for the best customer service and quality! Thanks you guys for a great experience!

I was not the one buying the shoes, just went with my GF for moral support. I wanted to leave a review because Jeremy did an amazing job with her and helped her get into the pair of shoes that would alleviate the issues she was experiencing with her current pair of shoes (purchased years ago somewhere else). She tried on several pairs with Jeremy helping the entire time and testing them on the treadmill. Anyways, she bought the shoes and is in love with them. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I definitely would recommend this store.

I came here to buy a pair of new shoes. The owners are very friendly. Jeremy helped me with this purchase and he is very knowledgeable on shoes and what kinds of shoes that fits you. To recommend you the perfect shoe, you can walk on their treadmill and Jeremy will give you the right recommendation. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for walking/running/sport shoes. They also sell very nice socks that are very comfortable.

Best running store ever! Customer service is excellent, maybe Jeremy could do something about his hair style, but, really, these guys know what they are talking about. I love the fact that they talk to the reps., try the shoes and give you honest feedback. And, they are all runners, imagine that! I dare you to try to give Katie a technical question that she cant answer...Really, what a great staff and great products. Love you guys!

Every time I go into Sole Sports I feel that Im going to be given the correct information. Our last visit there was to get information on insoles for our running shoes. Jeremy was the one to help us. I had delt with Jeremy 2 years ago and he still remembered the make and model of shoe he sold me. Anyway, he hooked us up with some great insoles that have worked great so far. Thank you again Sole Sports for a great experience!

I love this store and the friendly service the employees provide. Im new to running and had no idea what I was looking for and they helped me out. The first pair of shoes I bought I didnt love. When I went back they happily returned the shoes for me and helped get me into the perfect shoe for me. I dont live in scottsdale, but its worth the drive. Excellent custom service and very knowledgeable employees.

Super friendly staff and a pretty wide selection of nutrition products, along with shoes, clothes, and others gear. Check out their group runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.
