Literally the worst store you can go to DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP they are not helpful or even caring unless its a sale even then if youre a return customer needing help they dont care and will try and get you out the door as quickly as possible unless they can get a sale off of you if not theyll act like they cant or dont know how to help you. Horrible condescending employees that screw up constantly and expect you to fix their boo boos and come in on your time when they screwed up. They are the worst at educating you as a customer never tell you about things like billing in advance early terminations the return period or really anything regarding your bill. they just say they can save you money and sign you up for a bunch of stuff Employees including the manager keegan are very condescending and will laugh and make jokes about you after you leave because you got ripped off by and employee that is trying to make commission. Honestly do yourself a favor and just do everything online its cheaper you dont have to go into a store and wait 45 minutes just to be seen and treated rudely and you also dont give these losers who rip you off constantly commission and dont care to assist you farther than a sale. Heres what they make if they sell you the security $75 thats why they push it no matter what you say you also have within two weeks to cancel if they signed you up. You literally dont have to go to the store for anything you can do upgrades activations plan changes etc all online its easier and you can be assured an employee wont try to rip you off or screw up the entire process. And also they like to say you have to get direc tv or digital life security to change your plan that is entirely false. Only thing is you will have billing in advance do you research before you go people and dont let these scam artists keep ripping people off like i see in the comments.

A few months ago I switched from Apple to Samsung. Everything was peachy and this store was helpful. However, after a few months of dealing with Samsungs crappy phone and my dislike of android, the stores unwillingness to help me go back to Apple was quite obvious. Come to find out that AT&T franchise stores make more $$ by pushing non Apple products. Theyre not making $$ by helping customers find what they want, unless its android based. I was assured I would have an iPhone two days after I ordered it from this store. Two days went by and no phone. So I checked on the shipping data and my new phone wouldnt even be ready to ship for a month. The entire reason I ordered that specific iPhone was to have it in hand in two days. This franchise store was very reluctant to give me an honest answer until I went into the store and had a face to face conversation with TWO representatives. (Real easy to blow off a paying customer over the phone, but cowards nowadays are afraid to say no to your face.) They said I could go elsewhere and try to find the phone I wanted, but "good luck" because we wont help you and we only have one in the entire nation. (Never mind the possibility of finding me a different one that would work.) 20 minutes and two phone calls later I located the EXACT iPhone I wanted, among SEVERAL others that would work. A quick 15 minute drive and I had my new phone in hand, no thanks to this franchise. The only upside to this specific store is they will tick you off, if you want an Apple product, and force you to go elsewhere. Which in the long run saves you $$ and more importantly your sanity. Would rate zero stars if I could. Wont return. Wouldnt suggest anyone go to this franchise.

Tom Mantz signed me up for a bunch of free stuff that wasnt free. My worksheet said my total monthly bill would be $255 and it was over $500. I worked with a few decent folks in this store who helped me get my phone bill down to a more reasonable amount but now I received a $60O bill from AT&T Digital Life for cancelling my "free" security system that also wasnt free. These people say they cant help me because they arent authorized to do anything on Digital Lifes behalf. They were authorized to sign me up though. Dont do business with these devious jerks. Last I heard Tom Manz was still employed here. Hope you enjoyed the commission you made off me while Im suffering to get my bills paid you lousy a-hole.

My wife stopped by to get a new sim card stood in the middle of the store for 10 minuets and no one said or did anything to help her! finely she walked out as she got to the door they asked if they could help her to little to late. If they cant provide simple customer service such as greeting customers WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY A PHONE THERE? We have been with AT&T for over 16 years the poor service form our now local store has pushed us over the edge we will be switching to Verizon! FYI we have six phones on our plan and pay on average $250.00 per month and always buy our phones outright.

Worst experience ever with any phone service provider. The store in Falcon sucks. 2 separate occasions my family spent 3.5 hours there just buying phones. First time they had no stock had to order in. Got tired of waiting cause it would have been mid November before they shipped. Tonight my family goes in and now after 3.5 hours the dumbass doesnt even activate a sim card for my phone and we live 45 minutes away. So guess what, another trip! That dumbass should have to deliver it to me. At&t of Falcon sucks and i dont recommend anyone do business there. YES IM PISSED! I have NO phone!
