Amanda has me on hold for almost 40 minutes. Then when Wendy answer she thought I was a new caller then said the store was busy and hung up on me. This store has expensive prices and will only price match inside the mall were there located at. Poor customer service. A horrible experience. Fair warning, people i mention this store to agree with the poor customer service and pricey "Mall" store prices. Its no wonder why they dont price match outside the Mall. Every other place is significantly cheaper. Sent by the Rocketman

You would think after awhile, consistently recieving poor reviews, it would get the attention of the management or corporate higher-ups and they would actually do something about their self absorbed, rude employees... Never have I been so insulted, felt so ignored, unwelcomed or unappreciated in a retail store in my life. Totally uncalled for, unprofessional, took my business elsewhere - gladly.

So I went in today and one of the sales people put a hold on the phone I wanna get put a note on it with my name and number and its the last one left going to pick it up next Friday very surprised they did that for me they didnt even ask if If I wanted them to hold it

Waited over an hour and no one has moved. No one has even acknowledged the customers coming and going. Complete waste of an evening to try and get a phone they have in stock.
