Let me first say this is by far the worst experience in my life, I have attached photos to show the expected result and the actual result. I went in after talking to 2 people on the phone about getting ombre done to my hair. One woman claimed to be the salon manager. I read them the coupon verbatim that had been mailed to me for a $30 off hair cut if I also did a color and style with the coupon.BOTH women told me that was an existing coupon. I took in multiple photos of the hair color I wanted and colors I wanted. They said that would be an easy ombre. That red sometimes pulls differently and I would need a toner. I wanted to see my hair before that was applied. I pointed out multiple pictures throughout the salon of a gorgeous red that was in the pics I had showed the girl. She told me each time that I could expect that red to be an end result. When she started applying color she put lighter color on darker color at the top...Im a teacher, anyone knows that dark cannot be lightened with any light color other than white but should be stripped with bleach on hair and then the color youre achieving should be put on. Thats not just hair...once she had "trimmed and apparently cleaned up" my hair she had taken 4 inches off my hair. Thats a cut not a trim. I literally cried and bawled my eyes out at how unhappy i was. When the manager from the store side got involved she continually had "no answers because she wasnt involved with the salon side" and the stylist Carrie/Cassie never once took blame or recognition that she screwed up. She blamed it on me having sally color on my hair, it being that red is a difficult color to achieve (Im a red head Ive always been a red head, Ive never had a hard time in 3 decades achieving the red I wanted) they presented me with the bill that was $180 including a discount of $7 off my awful hair cut instead of the $30 off like the coupon said. Also I had been charged for a toner I never approved and was expected to pay for color that I was miserably crying over in the "possibility" that 4 days later the manager "might" he able to "fix my hair." I told them I would pay for hair color that was "maybe fixable 4 days later when it was fixed". I was willing to Pay for the haircut even though I was charged incorrectly and she butchered 4" off my Hair. They told me I could get 15% off my services and not be offered a touch up from the manager or pay in full for services I did not even receive or approve and get my hair, again, "maybe to the way I wanted it." I can honestly say this was the WORST hair experience of my life. The WORST customer service I have ever received and the absolute WORST excuses for obvious human error I have heard in my life. I used to buy all my toiletries and female fun products from this company and will stop even going into this establishment for even mascara.

Be careful Ladies, I went into the ULTA for the hair dye yesterday . I asked for the grey hair and I even showed her the pictures. It took more than 3 hours and at the end, The woman named "Lerni" she made my hair shi**y pale bluish hair. I was so freaking out and couldnt even stand that color. Im so detail kind of person and I always make sure to get what I exactly wanted. I did even showed her the pictures not even 1.When I booked yesterday, I asked for the pro even they said that would be more expensive. I requested for the pro who knows what shes doing, not the shi**y, cheap service. So I was asking for the manager but they said the manager left for the day. Then I asked for the fix but they didnt and lied me that she has the next appointment when obviously nobody was there. That woman who did my hair gave me the attitude and went to back of the salon and talking s**t about me to her co-worker and never came out again. The other woman, I think asst, manager or supervisor came and talk to me that she will fix my hair tomorrow. Honestly, I dont even want her to touch my hair again. She doesnt know what she is doing so, she shouldnt be there as the hair stylist. Plus if she still not doing right or messed with my hair again, Ill do my credit card dispute and will report to BBB or everywhere I could report and spread the world.

Ulta violates Labor Law by taking advantage of online applications and asking applicants about their age when they apply for job. Women today define who they are and not Corporations or societal bureaucracies. Shame on you Ulta for placing a screen during the application process that could not be bypassed forcing one to write the age for actually it is all groups of women who purchase make-up not just 20 or 30 year olds. As a professional highly educated esthetician and mother of two have never seen such disrespect to what a woman truly is and hope that someone will file an age discrimination lawsuit towards your company. It is women of all ages who buy and purchase make-up and perhaps older women should stop shopping at your store since you disrespect what entails to be a woman in general and have no respect for potential employees or existing ones with your poor wages and lack of sensitivity to women in general. I would never purchase anything in your store and hope that other women take note of how you practice age discrimination. I have no respect for you as a company that claims to wish to sell women products of beauty. Corporate greed and disregard for all phases of a womans life will not ensure a future legacy for your shameful company.

I HATE this place. I have always shopped at Sephora for a reason. However for the first time I found myself needing something that was out at Sephora so I came here. The customer service is horrible. I had no idea where anything was in this place and when I couldnt find what I was looking for I tried searching for someone but its like they dont even have a staff. The whole place was dirty. When I finally found someone they tried to sell me on something else. I have eczema, I cant use any old thing or my face will crack and blister. It took three times to just get her to show me where it was. If I didnt have to buy my moisturizer that night, I wouldve walked right out the door and ordered online from Sephora. NEVER coming here again. Ill drive to the next Sephora if I have to.

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life the sales people do not acknowledge you but when you go to ask them for help there attitudes are very rude there not helpful at all I mean if you dont like your job there are plenty of more deserving people out there that need a job I will never go back to ulta ever again I will continue to go to sephora where they treat there customers great and are so helpful if I were anyone thinking of going to this store I would order offline or somewhere else this is a horrible place I mean your already spending enough money here so we as customers should really appreciate it since us buying products there gives them a job!!!!
