Greeted once I walked through the door, which was nice. But was asked every few minutes if I needed help. Kind of unnecessary. I was looking for the new subculture palette and had asked who seemed like the manager if they had if yet. She said they had it, but not out to sell yet and that she could sell me one if I was serious about buying it, which I was. She said I could keep shopping and that shed bring it up to me. So I did because I had gone there for other things as well. The shelves were pretty minimal, especially what I was going to look at. I had waited and saw that the lady was back up at the front, but didnt come up to me or say a word about the palette, just asked if I had made any decisions yet, as if I was wasting her time. So I go and find my other things and the lady at the register asks me if I needed help, and I explained that I had talked to another worked about the palette and never received it. Then, she talked through her headset and told me she was going back to get it now, so its like fine whatever. Then, about 5 minutes later, a different lady comes up and tells me I can only look at it, they wont sell it to me. The tone she had in her voice was just so rude, as if I was wasting all of their time. I dont think Ill be coming back to this ulta. It is the closest one to me, but Ill drive the extra couple miles to go to a different one. The fact that they didnt even know that they couldnt sell it to me was one thing, but to be rude to me for wanting to buy it was ridiculous. The only positive and why Im giving it a 2 star rating is because the lady who checked me put have me a couple pretty good samples for the hassle.

The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one star is the management tried to make it right. My wife went in for a hair cut and came out looking like a 5 year old cut it with safety scissors. Actually it may look better if a 5 year old really did cut her hair. A middle of the back layerd hair cut ended up higher than her shoulders with noticeable chunks of hair four inches shorter than the rest. When they dyed her hair the so called stylist got die all over my wifes face and her shirt, ruining her shirt and gave her a spot on her face three days. When I called and asked the manager what happened they said they would look into it and they did. They also had my wife meet with their senior stylist whom only told my wife that she would not cut it any shorter and she should wait a few weeks and then go back in for a trim. Perhaps if there is a happy ending to this story I will change my rating.

This place is terrible, I am a loyal costumer of ulta in Houston, and I just moved here so I came to this location expecting that the service will be the same but is NOT. The employees are so rude and clueless I couldnt believe all the bad reviews but they are true. They just put me down for an appointment then I showed up and the eyebrows person canceled, nobody told me anything, so I made another appointment for the next week and I came and surprise, it wasnt for today, the person put the appointment in the wrong date, when I asked for an explanation, she was so rude and no helping me, she said come back later! Yeah right, I have all the time all the world! And when I went to speak with the manager, I explained my situation to one of the employee and she rolled her eyes at me! I asked why did you do that? she said I didnt and she just turned around and the manager came to speak to me.

Been on hold for over 6 mins allmost 7 mins just to ask a question, I bought the new barepro liquid foundation and I lost the receipt and just want to know if I cant take it back , I wish the ulta on 144th had clinque, the bare pro is coming off my face and I used primer, when the foundation is suppose to be Long wear, so pissed, are they serious to busy to pick up the phone on a Friday morning and now Ive been trying to get to hold to this ulta for allmost 10 mins, save your money and go to another Ulta or Sephora, the employees here are rude and wont pick the phone up... I should of just went to Sephora in the orchard, I havent had problems there and they actually greet you right when you come in and help you out. Now I know wh this store only has 3.3 stars on google, they suck

Dont ever get your hair done here!! They over charge! They quoted me when I called them for highlights $130 and a color of $80. I ended up spending $400 dollars for me and my sisters hair! My sister didnt even get a cut because, it was 45 dollars extra. My hair dresser Linda didnt even cut my hair right she literally snipped it and thats it. I wanted Blonde highlights and ended up with light brown because she said "she was nervous because I was nervous because I was" and then asked if I wanted to tone it down for extra! Long story short dont go here they over charge and you come out looking the same.

I have never had an issue here! I love the staff, Im always greeted with a smile and offered help. My mom came in for help with a new foundation for her oily skin and the girl found the perfect shade and a quality brand for her. She took the time to help my mom and no one griped that we were in there for over an hour playing with makeup (we bought a ton too). I went months ago for a new straightener and it rang up at the wrong sticker price and the girl fixed it immediately. I will continue to come back!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would!! The worst service, color and cut Ive ever had. Plus, she charged me $180, and the salon is outdated and disgustingly dirty. I had my hair done by the manager which apparently is their best stylist. This place is a joke. Save your money and go to Aveda. I get a cut, color, foot soak, silicone dip and wine for $140! I am so serious DO NOT waste your time or money at this extremely unprofessional and dump of a place!

Horrible service all of the women who work here are catty and that includes the people who shop in this store, very rude. Ive never had decent service at this Ulta and the only reason I continue to come back is because of certain products I cannot get unless going to the mall and it is convenient drive for me. Hopefully the managers get some decent people to work at this store.

I felt rushed to buy my makeup. I understand good customer service. I felt like I was being rushed to buy the product and I wasnt able to shop around for more. Also, I was trying to talk to a clerk about itCosmetics and she completely brushed me off, and didnt answer my question... I felt really looked down upon there and I have no idea why. I was dressed really nice.
