Scheduled a "Go Out Blowout and Style" online, which includes (and I quote the Ulta website) "blowout with head-turning waves or a glam finishing touch. Includes shampoo, condition and hair styling with hot tools (curling/flat iron). " Sat down in the chair and was informed by the stylist that, no, only roundbrushing was included. WTF? Blow out was OK, except that at the end, when the stylist said she was going to give me "a little volume" she proceeded to give me a giant, teased, hairsprayed bouffant on the top of my head. Got to the register and they sure charged me for a "Go Out Blowout and Style" even though I barely got the basics. If you go there, be sure to be vocal about what you want, and especially what you dont. They dont seem to be aware of their own service offerings.

Can never find someone to help you find/look for a product and when you do they are in such a bad mood. Called to check on product inventory and was put on hold for 6 min and got hung up on.. Called back and was put on hold no questions asked. Got hung up on again after 6-7 min. Called back again and Danita who answered all 3 times said shes got a line of a whole billion people and to hold on? Really?? Then explain what the microphones you guys have are for?? Cant you holler at someone else to help you out or are you the only one running the store? Ridiculous. Called on a Monday night. Didnt bother calling again. Wanted to save a trip to the store but ended up wasting even more time by calling

Not impressed by this Ulta. Very small and not organized like the other local Ultas arround. I had my eyebrows waxed though in a room, on a table, which is different than in a chair in front of the whole store at most Ulta. I did like the eyebrow wax but other than that it lacked many other Ulta feel. Not one Ulta Beauty Consultant asked me if I needed help with anything. I use Pür Minerals makeup and I would have bought more than I did but they were very low and out of stock on their selection here. Also it took me over 5 minutes to find Pür Minerals. Just very disorganized. I will not be back to this Ulta very disappointed.

Went in twice and the customer service is just horrible. Both times I have been in the staff was rude. You ask them a question or for help and they are unprofessional. At one time I asked for a product and one of the employees said " If its not on the shelf then we dont have any" and walked away. Not to say the trouble I had on a return. The cashier was rude about about it, and I was done explaing math to her and let her keep the 3 dollars. Never going back to this Ulta!

Jenn at the Clinique counter! She was extremely helpful, she helped me get all the things I needed for my skin type, she gave me samples to try out, and she took my name and number to follow up. Shes super professional and passionate about what she does. I never ask for help at this Ulta because everyone seems to hate their job, so I was a bit hesitant, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. (The 5 stars are only for Jenn at the Clinique Counter) Thanks!

I used to love coming here, but the employees are so unprofessional they do their makeup with testers while working & dont care to help customers. I had a really bad experience the last 3 times with an employee named Lindsey, very rude, unhappy, judgemental lady! I dont know if I will continue going back to this ulta, also they are always sold out of EVERYTHING!!!

This is the worst location to go to. I usually go out of my way to go to another location. They never greet you, When you need help you cant find anyone. Going to the cash register for help is almost impossible because they just point If I could rate this location stars I would. After working customer service for 8 years, this is no way to run a store.

Sales staff uninterested in helping. What they carry is inconsistent - find something you like and buy it, but it wont be there next time. Discounts inconsistent, and today they overcharged me - didnt apologize or recognize that they did until I pointed it out, then I had to wait while they corrected their mistake.

Bad customer service called to hold an item and said it wasnt in storage went in the next day and another employee said they just sold out that morning from their shipment the day before. Not sure what the problem is but if they dont want to help people then maybe they are at the wrong job.

Geez, Im glad a never got into wearing makeup, some of this stuff is ridiculously expensive. I go here to get gifts for my girlfriend. The store looks nice and the employees are friendly and helpful, but they could have a better organization structure.

I called and had been waiting for over 15 minutes just to get an answer, finally just hung up. I went in a week ago and was told I would get a call on Monday for a product that was supposed to come in. No call and no answer.

All the staff are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer every question I have without seeming uninterested or in a hurry. I shop here often and will continue to do so.

Line is always incredibly long and they only have one employee working the register (I come here once a month for two years, so this is not an isolated incident). Its faster to drive to the Ulta in Superior.

Good for one stop shopping for all your beauty suplies, but as with all Ultas, the staff think too highly of themselves and are condescending and almost cant be bothered if you have a question.
