I am not rating lush cosmetics with a 1 i would give them a 10! I am rating my experience at the store a 1. I made a special trip to Boulder just to go to Lush and was really excited. Ive been a Lush customer online for several years and this was only my second time in an actual store. The shop girl was very nice but out of control. she followed me every where in the tiny store explaining every product and every ingredient. Even after i told her I know the products Ive been a lushie for several years. I was even holding a product have purchased several times I looked her square in the eye and very politely said I have used this product a 100 times and she proceeded to tell me the ingredients and how to use it. I was shocked! Maybe she was on drugs but she ran me out of the store with only a few items. I was going to drop some serious cash in that store but her constant blabbering and following me to every corner was so exhausting I couldnt get out fast enough. Even my boyfriend who was with me looked at me as we were walking out and said "wow that was intense"! I was furious and am terrified to go back. I am considering finding out who the manager is and letting her know my experience. Maybe they work for commission and that is why she was so desperate??

super pushy salespeople. I used to work in retail and it was bad enough that I wont go in this store again, Ill just order online! The store is tiny and I was approached to see if I needed help by three different people within the first minute after I walked in (to be fair it was a general "can I help you find anything," fine, then a "is there a particular hair product you were looking for" as I approached the hair section, fine, then a "is there a particular conditioner I can help you find" as I looked at conditioners but come on, back to back in less than a minute is just annoying). then the girl at the register simultaneously tried to upsell me (yes I meant to grab the medium-sized bottle rather than the large, no thank you I do not want to spend thirty dollars on conditioner today, the smaller bottle is fine, yes I understand it will SAVE ME MONEY but Im still not interested) and tell me that the shampoo bar I was buying was "really for travel and doesnt work that well for regular use." confused. are you trying to get me to spend more money or put this back on the shelf? I love these products but the boulder pearl street location needs some serious customer service training.

I GIVE LUSH FIVE STARS, AS I ORDER ALL THE TIME AND EVEN GO TO DENVER ONCE A YEAR AND STOCK UP...BUT THIS LOCATION IN BOULDER DOESNT REALLY GIVE REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT! EVEN WITH YOUR RECEIPTS? APPARENTLY THEY DONT DO TOO MUCH THINKING ABOUT A CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS A LARGE AMOUNT ON PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS (WITHOUT HARMFUL CHEMICALS OR MISUSE OF PLASTIC CONTAINERS ON PRODUCTS THAT ARENT NECESSARY.) iF SOMETHING DISINTEGRATES IN ONE BATH AND IT SHOULD LAST THREE OR FOUR TIMES, THEN A PRODUCT SHOULD BE REFUNDED...ETC...BUT THE MNGR AT THE BOULDER LOCATION DOESNT BELIEVE THAT A PRODUCT COULD BE DEFECTIVE? OR SHE SIMPLY NEEDS THE $$$$ TO ADD UP AT THE END OF THE MONTH? IM ONLY GUESSING. THE WONDERFUL THING IS, IF THIS STORE DOES THIS TO YOU, YOU CAN CONTACT THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THEN SOME. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK IN PRODUCTS AND THEY ADDED ON EXTRA FOR MY TROUBLE....JUST REMEMBER THAT LUSH IS A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU EVEN WHEN THIS MANAGER WONT!

Customer service was great, we had a nice lady help us, however one redheaded girl that worked there was incredibly rude and her personality was fake and superficial not good with customers at all. I used the lip gloss sample without knowing I was supposed to use a popsicle stick to sample it. The redheaded girl approached me screaching "Oh my god did you just use your finger!?" In a rude irritated manner...there are several ways to approach this error, you dont make the customers feel bad for making a simple mistake, she made a big deal out of nothing and seemed happy that I felt bad and was clearly upset. Maybe this store should have it posted somewhere that you want people to test products using popsicle sticks so you dont have to waste samples if somebody doesnt happen to use one.

This shop is amazing. Aside from wanting to buy all of their products the employees are amazing. I had a problem where I had put an item on hold and was coming to pick it up right before they closed. Well come to find out that the website was wrong and they closed an hour earlier on Sunday. They apologized about the website discrepancy and still let me have the product that I had on hold. They even gave it to me for free because they understood that it would be hard for me to come back for the product later. Amazing people and products! Thanks Lush! Wish I knew the name of the lady manager I spoke to so I could thank her personally.

Loved coming to this location when I lived in Boulder! The ladies who work there are helpful, full of positive energy, knowledgeable and create a super fun environment for shopping! It was always a treat to go stock up, plus my Australian Shepherd would come in with me and they would all love on him while I was shopping. I would always stop by after hiking and received great service even though my dog and I were covered in dirt from our hikes, I never felt pressured to purchase or ignored and samples were always offered even though I never asked. I highly recommend shopping at this lush location!

This is a wonderful store! It is a little cramped but its not to bad. The products are amazing as everyone knows but what really makes this place special is the people who work here. Yes they can be a bit pushy with products, but they are still retail employees. They are the nicest people ever in there! If you actually talk and make a conversation with them they genuinely do care about what you talk about. Also, its a safe space for all genders and sexualities which is always nice.

Horrible, horrible place. The door is always open and it stinks to high heaven. I have to hold my breath whenever walking by. Completely ruins the outdoor dining experience at the restaurant next door. Lush is the reason why I support the closed door for commercial energy efficiency regulations the city is about to put in place. Maybe that will help contain the offensive chemical odors emanating from this awful shop.

I walked into Lush on Pearl Street to make some purchases today, and was completely ignored by every sales associate. They literally all walked past me and talked to other shoppers, when I was standing waiting to talk to someone . I will not be going to this Lush location again. I have never had this experience at Lush in Cherry Creek, they are all very kind and attentive there! Worth the drive!

This is one of the best Lush locations that we have visited. Be prepared for it to be busy on the weekends, but they actually have the products at their store. Unlike the other locations in Denver, they are well stocked and have all the products in store. They are also much more friendly than the persons at Lush in the Park Meadows Mall.
