Terrible customer service. I was on a mission to find a new foundation. Eventually an employee asked if I needed help and I said Im looking for a new foundation and need help finding a color. The employee called another employee to "help" me. A male employee came over and asked about my skin (dry, acne prone) he pointed to the closest foundation (Cover FX, which happened to be right behind me) and asked if the 40 dollar price point was ok. I responded with "ehh I would be more ok with that price if it had an SPF in it." He then grabbed the foundation and proceeded to apply two foundations on my neck. He said I the second matches better and grabbed that foundation and said "here!" I then asked for a sample because I wasnt ready to spend 40 dollars on something I said I wasnt sure on. Ive never had that awful of service before. I honestly was depressed as I walked out of the store because I was in need of a new foundation and to get treated like Im not worth the employees time and that my money doesnt matter is a terrible feeling. Granted, it was a Saturday but they had plenty of employees just wondering around. After this experience I decided to go to the next closest Sephora, which happens to be in JCP at The Orchard. The employees ACTUALLY helped and gave me advise and cared. I even found a foundation thanks to them!!

I use to love shopping at Sephora until I had a bad experience and I stopped going there. I had scheduled a make up session with a purchase of 50$. I go to my appointment and the guy who did my make up was taking a long time to do my face. Its supposed to be an hour appointment and we were passed the hour and had a place to be after. So I buy perfume and a hair straightener for 180$ and I choose two things from what he used and since we were running late I was rushed into buying a palette and a concealer for 70$. After I left I noticed that the make up was so plain and most of it came down my face after an hour. I go to a different location where I live and asked if I can return or even exchange the palette and concealer and she said she couldnt because they were on the same receipt as my make up session. I told her that I did spend 180$ and she said she will have a manager call me. So a manager calls me to tell me how they cant do it. Every since then I never go back to any sephora locations. I spent about 300$ that one day and was rushed into buying two items that were definitely not my skin fit. Now I go to mac at Macys way much better, better customer service for sure.

Made me want to either die or become a prostitute. The entire staff did their best to make sure you wanted to leave as quickly as possible. If youre under the age of 30 dont even bother, once you walk through the door youre a suspect under constant surveillance. When confronting a manager about rude behavior dont expect much. Theyll apologize and offer a makeover but you can see their insincereness in their cold, dead, soulless black eyes. I felt like I was on an episode of the Twilight Zone. One blonde girl in particular was a real pain. Didnt bother to remember her name, all I remember is her tense voice scarring me for life. Pretty sure I walked out of that store in the same mental state as 2007 Brittany Spears. If I end up on the news with a shaved head, downing a bottle of vodka, throwing my life away know its youre fault. Im only fifteen. Screw you all for making me feel worthless.

My only complaint is that this store which is on the North side of Denver does not have some of the products I need. I hate having to drive to the Cherry Creek Mall to get Armani foundation. I realize the shipping is free if they have it shipped in however most of the time I am out and need the product right away. They also do not stock the Bobbi Brown cream eye shadow so I am stuck driving or waiting for my online order to come in. I could totally understand the JC Penney Sephora having limited stock but there should be one store on the north side that has more variety. I usually get great customer service but I do notice that it instantly gets more enthusiastic once they pull me up and see Im a VIB Rouge status. (lol)

I just went to this Sephora for the first time today, and I was incredibly disappointed with their staff. I asked one male associate for help finding foundation, and it seemed like I was just bothering him. His attitude was one of "How dare I ask him for help at the store hes employed at?" Then, I asked another saleswoman for help finding an eye cream, and she could not have been less enthusiastic. Instead of really listening to what I was looking for, it seemed like she just aimlessly looked for something that might work. Again, it seemed like I was just bothering her. Really, really rude staff. Im going to continue to shop for my beauty needs at Nordstrom.

So the first and last time I went to this location is went with a couple girlfriends and the workers were literally breathing down our necks up our butts the whole time we were here. It made me feel super uncomfortable, I would have bought something but I just wanted to leave. There was even a woman watching us. Its super rude to stare at customers while they shop. Last time I walked by this store there was a woman legitimately standing there watching a group of people shop like it was her assigned job for the day. If youre worried about shoplifting get surveillance dont scare your clientele away by unprofessional behavior.

The store its self was wonderful!! But I really only went in to find 2 things and to just look around. I was greeted kindly but then 2 short minutes after being there I was being handed a basket (as if I were supposed to take it) and then was hovered for a good 5 minutes. After being hovered this person kept trying to engage as much conversation as possible. It seemed no matter where I went there was somebody down my neck or staring at me.... VERYYYY uncomfortable experience. I got my two things though and somebody still had something to say "oh its lash day?"...... Yeah..... Its lash day....

Im a VIP rouge member and ive never been to a Sephora that an employee has treated me with anything but respect. The first employee I came into contact with treated me as if I was stealing because I wasnt using a bag?? She offered me one and I agreed to take one. When I was asking questions about liquid highlight she would interrupt me to ask "are you sure you put everything you have in the bag?" She made me feel so uncomfortable I almost left on the spot but decided to purchase some items anyways. I just moved here but will be doing my makeup shopping at Ulta from now on....

I went to the Sephora at flatirons crossing. The products were great, but I didnt end up buying anything because the staff was so incredibly rude. They continuously stared at me and made me uncomfortable to even pick something up to look at it. The staff followed me around the store and they didnt even talk to me or ask me if I needed help finding anything. I would probably never visit again until you get an entire new staff of employees, that have common courtesy skills.
