I love Ultas makeup selection, cosmetologists Annette and Olivia are amazing, the esthetician Wendy is amazing, BUT half the time I get stuck talking to sales associates who look like they hate their jobs and have NO hygiene standards whatsoever. An associate was swatching foundation on my neck but barely sprayed any alcohol on the applicator. Then she wiped down the counter space with a tissue, used the same tissue to wipe off excess makeup directly on the open foundation bottle, then wiped off the excess from the applicator that she had just "cleaned." All with the same tissue! Then she dipped the applicator into the bottle again, then applied the applicator directly to my face. She did not use a cotton swap or cotton ball to apply the makeup. Then she put the applicator back into the bottle without so much as another spray of alcohol. Oh and she didnt clean the brush either. And this has happened on multiple occasions with multiple associates. They do not pull off broken or used products from the floor. Why would I want to put anything that has been opened onto my face? I dont know if its just this store or all Ulta stores, but they need to seriously step up their hygiene standards (which is none). How can a business promote skin care but dont know the basics like dont spread bacteria?! The only reason I didnt put 1 star is because of the Salon and Esthetician.

Every time Ive been in this store they werent busy, but for some reason the employees never greet me, nor ask if I need help. They lack customer service. Since moving here I havent purchased anything from either Ulta in town because of their customer service. It seems like if you look a certain way you get help, but if you dont meet their standards then they bypass you. Stupid, your lack of customer service just lost you a big sale, I was planning on dropping serious money in there yesterday, but wasnt asked if I needed help until after I was already walking out of the store. Assholes.

This is by far the worst Ulta Ive ever been in. Everything was a huge mess, nothing was where it should be. Everything was knocked over, boxes were empty as if the products were stolen. There were used paper testers all over the perfume and cologne areas, but none that were unused, so I couldnt even test out the colognes. Even worse- many of the perfume and cologne testers had the "tester" sticker OVER the name of the perfume, so I had no idea which was which. The line was about a dozen people long, though I assume its because it is right after Christmas.

How do you score a zero? . . . Scheduled for a wax and brow tint. Showed up, Alice was the female attending me. Well thats inaccurate. She was the employee with the bothered attitude. I let her know what I was there for and immediately said no tint only wax. I ran out of tint. No apology no nothing. While waxing my brows I could sense her attitude and annoyed face. Wax sucked! I would rather pay a nail salon $10 and receive the same type of wax. Management read your reviews. Clearly you have an issue at your store with these snobby employees.

Was the worst experience in my life Made an appointment to get my hair and makeup done for a ball my hair is blonde I needed a touchup and then get my hair styled for the ball needless to say I didnt get to go to the ball due to my hair being yellow and purple they were very rude my apt was at 11 and at 3 she was still trying to fix the mess up she did in my hair and I had to be ready by 4 I left in tears with no makeup and yellow and purple hair oliva has no Idea what she is doing do not let her touch your hair...

I LOVE THE BROW BAR but the reason for my one star is because I got my eyelashes done by Wendy, and she messed up my eye lashes , she put a crap ton of sealant in my lashes to the point where I looked like a drag queen. My eye ended up getting irritated and had to get them taken off by someone else . I would never get my lashes done by ulta again .

I love the salon and brow bar at this location. Being a young adult in the late 90s (aka over plucking of the eyebrow syndrome), my brows were in need of an update. One visit here and I was hooked! Professional brow mapping and shaping, plus a recommendation of the perfect product for me left my brows Instagram worthy in just one visit!

Would totally give 5 stars if I was able to just rate the salon (go see Olivia, shes the best. And Alyssa cuts my daughters hair and she is great as well) but the actual sales floor is usually a mess and never fails, is always out of stock on something. So Salon is A+ but the sales floor B-.

I was really excited to buy both of my sisters a gift BUT had the worst service ever...asked for assistance and not one person was willing to assist. Asked for an ad and was told to look online. This place lacks customer service...and all employees are lazy

I always have a great experience here. Olivia, Alyssa, and Vanessa always do a great job on my hair. Plus they always make sure I like and are willing to make any adjustments I might ask for no questions asked. LOVE this place
