I went into this business with my friend, as I have done on other visits to Vail (for late March skiing). This time the girls couldnt wait to get me out the door with as much product (I didnt need) as possible. I didnt feel as though my skincare issues were addressed, at all. I asked for a specific Chanel product, they did not carry any inventory whatsoever and didnt offer to help me find another source. I felt they were trite and fake in their demeanor and they lacked true customer service. The blond lady could not have been more fake or condescending. Within the same week, the European lady was almost mean in getting me out the door by closing time. I went elsewhere for my friends gift. I refuse to buy anything from her! I was sold products that I now regret buying, Im sure she(the blond lady) earned a hefty commission off of. The shelves were dusty & dirty, the check-out counter was a mess with packages, wrapping, other products, it looked bad. They even gave me the wrong mascara as the counter was so cluttered with other products. Im sure I would have felt better if I had been treated with dignity and respect. However, I didnt feel that my patronage mattered as much as how many products I bought. This store should get cleaned up, hire, and re-train their staff to be customer service oriented and not commission hungry. They missed the mark, both times. I will be back next year, I hope they make the needed customer service improvements, or hire better suited staff.

Customer service girls were incredibly rude and snooty. Just because someone is not dressed like a rich person, doesnt mean they are broke and not there to spend money that is the same as everyone elses. They were so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. If you want great customer service, go see Shannon at the Vail cos bar where they treat everyone with respect.
