Love it! I went a month ago and people were so nice, everyone was trying to help. I came in with about 4 shopping bags from other stores and went in looking for foundation and I had 2 girls helping me right away, the blonde ones. One was carrying my stuff for me while the other one showed me their foundation selection. I tried the color IQ, it was pretty accurate. They gave me a mini makeover for the foundation. They didnt have my shade according to the color IQ but they did great finding the next best match. I though it was an awesome experience, they made me feel like a VIP.

Normally people are more attentive and pop up to help you. But actually you will get mixed personas from this location. It seems like they want to help you when you dont need help because they think you may be stealing but those who do need help have to wait long times for assistance because they are busy hawking other customers. Today wasnt a bad experience. The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and willing to find just the right product for me.

I fell in love with the store the first time I went in, couple weeks later it was crazy. People opening up stuff trying it on then putting it back like nothing. Im sorry thats gross.

I Never get helped there, they stare as hawks watching if I or people are going to steal. They always have these snotty faces on and only help certain people/greet when they walk in.
