TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to get a lipstick and of course they were out. I dont even know why they have people working their. All they do is walk around trying to look pretty and gossip with each other. I asked leighton for help with a lipstick and he got all upset and impatienet ans literally threw a bag down on the floor and left. So julie was standing their so i askes her for help. She rudely told me she was with someone and couldnt help me and pawned me off to a skin care guy. The skin care guy was really helpful and sweet. However he mainly worked skin so some of thr questions i asked he had to ask someone else. The bigger female girl was also rude. Since they were out of the lipstick i originally wanted i asked her if their was something similar. She rolled her eyes and replyed nope. I said "well are you gonna at least try and go look". She then asked me if i had intention on helping look. She had mentioned the fact she had worked their for 3 years. But wouldnt you think you would know something similar if you had that much experience?? Nope. Nobody who works their takes pride in their job and it shows. They cant even apply lipstick the right way. Sean the manager seems to be in cohoots with them. He didnt reassure me the situation would be addressed. Instead he seems rather annoyed i even took the time to even share my experience with him. Even though cherry creek is right down the street from my house....i will not return. Hopefully everbody boycotts the high school and it gets shut down to open back up with better staff who actually care and are good at their jobs. When i read the other reviewers i wasnt surprised to see i wasnt the only one who felt this way. Store cant even get 3 stars, and its im cherry creek. Smh. Horrible staff. Horrible management. Horrible sephora.

This is the most amazing experience Ive ever had in any retail store I have ever been to. I wanted to go to a makeup store all day to get a little bit of makeup to get started in the world of cosmetics; but I was nervous because I had I had no idea what I was doing and the last time I had gone into a cosmetic store I felt completely silly and uneducated. I walked in with no makeup on, shoulders slumped and completely terrified. The moment I walked in the door I was approached by an associate that asked if I needed any help. I nervously told her that I had NO idea what I was doing and she completely lit up with excitement! She introduced herself, Jazmin, and we started running around the store trying on great products! Jazmin made me feel like I was a personal friend and showed me amazing products that I have loved using, even things that she wore personally! Ever since I bought the products that Jazmin recommended to me, my husband has not stopped telling me how amazing I look. He loves the colors that she chose, which is such a relief because Ive never been able to chose good colors for myself. More than that, she didnt make me feel pressured or silly even once, and she even taught me how to put the products on! When Jazmin brought me to the cash register, my cashier was so sweet and made me feel just as welcome. She complimented me on the makeup that Jazmin had put on and chose for me! I really wish I had caught her name because she signed me up for the rewards program and solidified my great experience. :) Thank you to this location for having wonderful employees that made me feel welcome and beautiful. I will ALWAYS recommend and shop at this location!

I am rather surprised to see previous reviews to be so poor for this location. To be honest, I have avoided Sephora as long as I can remember simply due to the fact I am a 27 year old who does NOT has very much experience beyond drugstore skincare. I know, SHAME ON ME. The past few years I have come to learn the value in certain expensive makeup brands, (you get what you pay for) but I have only gone to Ulta and I wanted to branch out for better skincare. Anyways, I came to this location completely expecting to be intimidated by my own personal lack of skin care knowledge, and possibly be looked down by some snooty employees. I am quite pleased to say, that was NOT my experience at all. I was helped by John, (Sorry if I have your name wrong!!) and after he asked questions that lead to me explaining my situation and lack of experience, he presented various viable options for me. He did offer samples of products to try before I delved into any purchase, but I was so happy with his explanation I ended up just buying one of the products. The purchase met my expectations as well, I am VERY happy, and I will definitely return here from now on. I cannot believe the great service I received, especially on such a busy Friday.

I went shopping for my best friends birthday, since shes a makeup addict. I went straight to an associate to ask about gift sets or any specials or sales, and she walked me around the store just pointing out things I didnt even ask for, and I politely told her Id just look around and come back to her if I had more questions. As I was doing this, another associate (maybe a supervisor since he was wearing all black with an earpiece) was following me around the store and watching my every move without even being inconspicuous. Ive worked in customer service for YEARS and thats not how you handle a potential theft. So, I walked up to him and asked him for help looking for a specific item since he looked so interested in what I was doing and he didnt even know what I was talking about; and proceeded to find another associate and ask her for help. At this point, I just gave up and told them Ill just figure it out on my own. And this was on a Monday. Its wasnt even hectic. Seriously, worst customer service ever.

I recently went into this location with hopes of walking out with a few new foundations Ive been wanting, however, that did not happen. I was greeted by the gentleman at the door and then after that never had another employee speak to me till I went to the register. Ive worked in retail for over 15 years and have always approached the customer and asked if I could help them; I expect the same. Three different employees walked right by me even looking directly at me and never once smiled or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I finally did ask for help the lady wasnt very friendly at all. I left without buying what I wanted because I refuse to accept bad customer service. Ill stick to the Sephora soares in JcPennys because they seem to be much more friendlier in those locations.

Today I went in looking for a specific item I saw online. One gentleman was very friendly but seemed to have little knowledge like he was a temp holiday worker. I was looking looking in the Dr. Jart BB cream section for a while comparing colors and formulas I saw this woman working who seemed knowledgeable approaching other customers in the area. Then she finally approached and instead of engaging with me or offering any assistance she stared to fix the display right in front of me I was looking at rather then trying to help me. I walked out and will be making my purchase online. Im really disappointed, as a VIB rouge member and I have never experienced such a lack of service at any other sephora across the country, I have visited many different Texas, California and NY locations.
