Diesel Hurt

Three stars for most of the businesses being well ran and maintained. The ace hardware however I would rate 1 or even zero stars if I could horrible customer service from incompetent employees and management. Was basically told I didnt know what I was talking about and that I was lying about a description of an old plumbing part that was needed. The employee I was asking was easily in or over their 70s so should have been familiar with the outdated parts I was looking for but instead chose to get loud and argue. I brought my issue to management who sides with a biligerant employee instead of reprimanding said employee for their uncalled for actions. Just because your employee is old and has been working their for a long time does not mean it is ok for them to YELL at customers because they simple dont have the mental capacity to figure out a solution. I went to Ace to begin with on a thought process that they would most likely carry the older parts I needed instead I was verbally assaulted by the people running the store and then threatened by their security and yes this Ace needs extra security because they are rude and have no customer service expertise, this is not a bad area of town. I was able to easily find what I needed and also receive great service from Lowes. So Yeah the argument from Ace about my part not existing was in fact Ace employees lying. I digress this is a great shopping center aside from the hardware store. Get this slum store out or have them get rid of all employees and start from scratch to boost overall ratings.

Old shopping area that needs a serious update or risk being totally forgotten about. The grocery store hasnt seen a corporate refresh in decades. The ACE Hardware is so jam packed with stuff you can barely walk around. They have a medical suppliers place that serves the older community that is being rapidly filled with a younger crowd. The barber shop has ONE chair and isnt open very often. The parking lot is liable to get you killed with people racing through it or driving through spots... This place needs new life and new businesses!!!!

The parking lot is an absolute nightmare, there are three entrances, no stop or yield signs (besides the stop signs in front of Safeways entrances, that no one pays any attention to.) Logic would tell most drivers that those coming off a busy street have the right of way, as opposed to people going 35 mph through a parking lot, but that doesnt seem to happen here. This shopping center needs a complete makeover, from the parking lot to the dated and inefficient shops that are here.

Very lovely shopping center with nothing but top notch stores. Ive been going to most of these stores for over 20 years now in from the Safeway to the bank it is always been consistently good service with good quality products its amazing honestly to see a shopping center where they actually seem to care about quality and not just who is going to pay the rent

I was a speed addict for years. I would go on month long binges and get into all sorts of trouble. For a long time my family tried to stop me but I didnt listen. When I finally found the sense to get sober I checked myself into this rehab center in Colorado Springs and they really helped me get better.

Needed an ice pack for someone with sports injury in the nearby park. Employee was helpful but Safeway has no pharmacy and carries no suitable product. Bought package of frozen fruit instead. At least she could enjoy the cherries after they thawed on her ankle!

Supermarket Safeway is great locals are coming there all the time, from the great neighborhood nearby, this shopping center is hidden but a few blocks from main streets. And the other stores found even a liquor store! Great place every summer!

Very pleasent & helpful staff. Awesome selection of higher QUALITY products & produce. Open late. Only compliant is prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for quality over quantity.

Living in the old north end means you dont have to hit major strip malls or drive for miles to get the essentials. Food, beer, hardware store, cafe, bank... Its all right here at Bon (within walking distance too!).

The Safeway Store is always busy. Every First Friday of the month I go there for Money Orders to pay my bills and get Postage stamps. I would rate the store a gold star.

Its a quaint shopping center in the middle of a charming neighborhood. No high speed boulevards to get there, nice and quiet. I love it.
