Southlands shopping area is a perfect blend of shopping and eating. There are restaurants like Old Chicago, Ted Montanas steak house, Mt. Fuji hibachi, Tokyo Joes, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Jim N Nicks barbecue, and PF Changs and then there are fast food options as well. This is not a mall.. its an old strip mall anchored by a Oak Express and Denver mattress.. small stores. There is also a very old 24hr fitness. There is a newer McDonalds in the parking lot and the Shell gas station is nice but otherwise its not a mall or nice shopping area.

They just added a Colorado Fabrics store and a McDonalds not too long ago. Good place to shop. Has beauty stores, a gym, restaurants, furniture stores.

Thugs show up literally by the hundreds some nights. Shooting here in Feb 2017. Squatters live on the lot in campers. A really ugly area.
