Horrible service. I bought my sister a "make-over" for her birthday - scheduled the appointment in advance, had it all arranged - I was told they would do a 1hour "make-over" which included color matching, showing her how to apply it, showing her all their products, etc. When we arrived, the associate who helped her was worthless. She kept asking my sister what she wanted, etc. and this was her first experience with this makeup! Do your thing! You work here! Show her your products! Make her want it! It was a horrible experience, horrible service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Always a good time at Bare Escentuals! Ive been buying my make up from this shop since June 2010 and from my very first experience the girls here have always been spot on! A make up store with no ego, real women working and customer service down pat. I was so excited when I went to visit this week and saw their newly redone store! Its so nice anyone would feel pretty there! Ill always do my cosmetics shopping her and suggest you do too!

I was just in and had a very sweet lady name Alexi that helped me. The process of finding new makeup in a new store can be so painful! I had the best experience and she helped me to find exactly what I was looking for without one snotty look or comment, like you get in other nice cosmetic chains. I will definitely be back.

This is the easiest makeup to use. I never liked the mask look you have with most makeups. With Bare Escentuals I can just wave the magic powder wand over my face and go.
