This is the worst experience I ever had in my life with used car dealers and I will never recommend or go there again...I purchase a dodge intrepid the snake car salesman was Jeff the man with the worst cough ever..anyway didnt get the car to newark and it started shaking real bad...the transmission was slipping...the car was jerking....I had to get it towed...I keep calling Jeff...who was giving me the run around...I kept calling for my title nobody could tell me anything....I had a no running parked car sitting outside my house for 65 days with no title and of course expired temp tags....I decided its time to get my lawyer involved....after I spoke to the owner frank he couldnt get the title from the dealer he thought it would be best if he gave me a full refund....which was great....the 65days of bullshit I had to go through of calling everyday no response Jeff is a snake of a salesman....I would not recommend anyone to go to this place you will be disappointed all the cars are by as is....only because they know theyre cars wont last at all....

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS ... I bought an 08 Accord and only got to drive it home the very next morning I had to take it to Metro Honda where I was told the car needed about $1,700 in engine parts only labor not included , when i bought the car from Franks Auto the salesguy "Ramy" repeadly stated that all his cars are covered bumper to bumper warranty... NOT !! The warranty is another rip off . So now im stuck with a car that has a bad motor that i have not been able to drive and the saleskid "Ramy" tells me its an unfortunate situation and i should just deal with it. Thats the type of business Franks Auto conducts. If you can avoid business with these SCAMMERS do so .¡¡READ EVERYTHING THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN!!! . Do not buy without having a mechanic look at the car you buy . I paid $5,600 and change for a car with a bad motor. The warranty they state they have is a VERY BASIC warranty it covers NOTHING!!! BEWARE OF FRANKS AUTO 60 Railroad Ave. #203 Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604 . If you like shady business this is the place.

My husband and I went to the Railroad Avenue location looking for a used pickup. Little did we know, the setup at this location is more like an open air market for used car dealers. Within a one block radius there are literally dozens of small dealers looking to unload their inventories (no exaggeration!). Franks Auto Sales immediately stood out as the lead competitor. They have a very large inventory with a variety of different autos. Not only that, the staff are very professional and personable. We went looking for a pickup truck and had more than enough options to choose from. We test drove a couple trucks - my only complaint is that it took very long for the drivers to return with the trucks that we wanted to test drive because they have another location offsite where they store excess inventory. Other than that, we are very pleased with the service we received. Antonio Andrade was the sales person who assisted us. What A Great Guy - Highly recommended!!

I wanted to take this oppurtunities and leave mr remy the finance manager of frank auto a review and thank you for an amazing experience. This is the second car I buy from remy. Remy made sure we test drove the car and checked 5 different areas of concern. I have never met an employee who does this, and he did it because of how sure he is of the car he is selling. He is super energetic, funny, and super super super smart. Everytime I visit him I leave feeling smarter. Not to mention, he is super gorgeous and very easy on the eyes, for all you married ladies leave your man at home! ( sorry mr.remy, hope I didnt embarrass you) for any one looking to buy a car , not only go to frank auto... But make sure you ask for remy,,, he always has a line of people waiting for him but its worth the wait, even if he asks you to come back the next date. Tamara, f150

I made a appt with Jeff to see a 2005 Honda Odyssey on 11/1/16 at 6pm.. Jeff told me he wouldnt be there but that somebody would show me so I got there at the time and spoke with a guys who was about 5"8 and curly hair.. I asked for a test drive the guy told me to move my car that I drove there so that he can take the car out.. Once he was able to take out the Odyssey he started to show it to somebody else when I was already looking at it first.. I even had my twins babies in the Honda Odyssey while I was checking out the inside so I just left after waiting over 25 mins for the suppose test drive which never happen.. They just left me there waiting.. very unprofessional person.. Didnt even explain to me what happen.. I was just seeing the things happen while wasting my time waiting

I purchased my first car from here less than a month ago, silly of me to have shown up without a mechanic I took the owners word that the car was in perfect running shape and only needed minor repairs little did I know how much work need to be done. Paid 3500$ for a 2001 Toyota Camry, put a new belt on the car and was getting ready to get the catalilic converter fixed after about 3 weeks of driving a piston flew out of the motor completely destroying the car. I now have to spend thousands of dollars to get it fixed and my "warranty" will not cover any damage due to the fact that I have not had the car for more than a month. This has been a complete nightmare, and I never plan to buy anything other than a certified pre owned or brand new car again.

I bought a mercedes from them 2 years ago, selling process was smooth. First surprise was although looking new, tires were rotten and had to be changed. I had to cover this expense after one month on the road and serious advice from friends. Tires were cracked. Over the last two years the car has had serious issues such as air conditioning having the compressor changed, power steering replaced, air suspension compressor changed in 2 wheels, steering blocked while driving to my wife almost causing her to crash, radiator leaked water in a long trip and car overheated. i have owned many cars and none of them gave me these problems. It is quite strange to have these problems in a 2010 mercedes.

My son and I have been scammed by Franks Auto LLC & Thomas Culmone, Manager, Frank Auto Sales. My car isnt even a month old, has less than 76,000 miles, and my engine blew due to a bad piston, and it barely passed inspection because of a bad catalytic converter. We bought this car because the sales manager, insisted that it didnt have any issues over another car that we were interested in seeing. When I went back to the dealer, they calmed the "as-is policy," and referred me to AutoSource of America, Inc. the holder of my extended warranty. AutoSource denied my claim because they said they dont cover claims less than 30-days and that it was a preexisting condition. Both are scammers!!
