I found this dealership through USAA and attempted to purchase a used Hyundai Veloster. The listing did not have photos but I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt because they just posted the listing. I called in and asked about the vehicle and was excited because they were open on July 4th for the sale. I asked for some unprofessional photos to be sent to me, which the salesman (Michael) gave me the run around. At first he told me Ill see the car on the 4th, but when I pressed the issue he told me thats not his department and that hell see what he can do. I ended up never receiving the photos of the car prior to seeing it in person. I arrived at the dealer promptly at 9am to find that the dealership was not open. I saw the car that was listed and it was a MESS. The front driver fog light was bashed in, the front lip was dented, the front bumper was so loose I could rip it off with my barehands, the passenger side door had a small dent and the rear fender had FU scratched on it, the wheels had considerable curb rash and the rear bumper also had scratches as well. The car was in terrible condition, especially for a car that just came off a 3 year lease from Hyundai. I waited for 30 minutes before Michael arrived, and the first thing he said was "What car you interested in?" No proper greeting of the day, no acknowledgement of the fact that I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Michael was extremely unprofessional and condescending. When questioned about the condition of the car, he shrugged me off. He then told me that he didnt have the key to the car and that we would have to wait about another half hour or so. I ended up going to another a dealer with the same car without all the flaws and even lower mileage. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER WHATEVER YOU DO.

I was looking for a car for my daughter, I did take my time to test drive and visit all the dealerships. I needed a reliable good car because my daughter is going to collage and i dont want her to have more stress with anything. I came the first time by myself to just see the audi i met Mack on the lot and i was very glad he took care of me because he offered me right away a test drive. Some of the other places did not do that because I was just looking so they were brushing me off. Mack took everything very seriously and gave me all the information about the car and his card so i can think about it and bring my daughter and my son to have a look at the car. I came three days later with them they also test drove the car and automatically we all fell for this audi. It had great mileage clean car fax the car is in great form! I dealt with Sam and he has a very good personality speaks serenely and right to the point. The same day i put a deposit on the car while the finance manager tried to beat my rate from my bank. I got a call the next day from the finance manager and I couldnt believe that he took down 2 percent from my banks rate. I automatically made a appointment to sign all the paper work and pick up my daughters cars. My daughter started her collage not so long ago and we are very grateful for all your effort and consideration for us. We have no problem with the car and I would like to say that I am very happy with this company and the way they work.

At first I was very happy with my experience with Car Buyers Inc but things soon turned south. They didnt send my plates out until I called them and asked why I hadnt gotten my plates yet when my temp was going to expire soon. To make matters worse, I didnt receive my plates before the expiration date, didnt receive them when they said I would and then got a lot of run around whenever I tried to call. At one point they put me on hold and just left since I called 5 minutes before closing since that was the time I found out the plates did not arrive. They never called me back with information like they said they would. Unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending anyone to buy a car here and warn you to run the other way. I thought I was getting a great deal and dealing with great people. Turns out sometimes a great deal isnt worth it.

I spotted a 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 at my local Mercedes dealership and thought "wouldnt that be sweet to own". After checking online I found out that the price tag was well above what I was looking to spend. But after sorting by ascending price a Car Byer advertisement was at the top of the list with the same car, fewer miles, and a price tag nearly $6,000 below current retail! But of course I was nearly 200 miles away and had reserves about travelling and what I would "actually" find. But it was worth the risk ... and afterward I am glad I did it. Mike and Paul had the car ready and sparkling, we took it for an immediate test drive, and they had the car facts ready to go. The home run was getting it inspected locally to find not a single problem! Car Buyer made possible a purchase that normally would just be a dream!

READ THIS BEFORE GOING! I waited about 4 weeks to submit this to be sure Im being fair. To start Ill say I got a pretty fair deal on a car, and decent value for my trade. I just think going to this dealer to get a car is A BIG TOSS UP. They have a "NO RETURN POLICY" and the cars are sold "AS IS". Its one of those deals where if you get lucky and have no issues with the car your good. If your car has problems after you buy the car even with the warranty your screwed. they will charge you an extra $750 they claim to put into each car... but mine came with bald tires and was leaking so I dont really see where it came from. It really is a toss up coming here, hopefully you dont end up paying for a ton of maintenance with in a few weeks of buying the car like I did.

The car buyers in butler is great bought a g35 from there and it was perfect when I went back 6months later to buy another car I went to the Lodi location and boy was that a mistake, I bought a Audi Q5 and the first day with the car it had a ABS brake malfunction and back up camara did not work the very first day call the dealer ask to speak the the mngr he said he would call me back and never did when it came down to getting my plates from them they told they will mail it and never did then I called and told them I will pick up my plates and they had me on a run around from town to town just so they would have to confront me about the car they sold me!!!! I was a faithful customer going back a second time and then they treated me like trash
