They dont do f**king returns? Htf am I suppose to know if something works or not if I dont try it first? I got a can of brake cleaner which was more like brake water, didnt do the job, tried to return it, the guy says "I cant resell that" bro you care more about reselling something than having a returning customer? Or even better, a happy one? Thats Bs and horrible ethics. Better know what youre getting when coming here because they wont return it.

I think what I like most about AutoZone is the fact that they have a free mobile app that allows me to look up all of the diagram information on any vehicle Ive ever owned. Obviously very useful feature! However Im not a fan of their prices. Nevertheless Im giving the store three stars considering the app and their friendly customer service.

This used to be my go to store for auto parts. I have 3 vehicles that benefited from this store until they decided to no longer give free computer diagnostic checks. How am I suppose to purchase parts from your store if I dont know what the problem is. Go to pep boys down the street. They still give free diagnostic checks.

The clerK helped me with a tail light issue and discovered the repair shop had not plugged the bulb in. Great help. GOOD DEED FOR FREE! !!!!
