I really did not want to share this, but it was literally one thing after another that it left such a negative experience for me. 1. Called to request to pick up jeep shock adapters, advised it was not in stock and had to get sent in from another store. I get it, supply and demand, and having parts sitting as monies in storage. However to have me wait another business day because you wont have a decent par stock to hold your multiple branches accountable is disappointing. 2. Upon entering the store to pick up said items, the staff blatantly ignored me and answered two phone calls before tending to me. I get it, phones get backed up, people are asking a litany of questions. However, cater to the guest who is standing in person with money in hand. Instead of catering to inquiries-o-not-actually-going-to buy-anything, tend to the person in front of you who is willing and able to spend. 3. Finally, time for install. Proceed to get the Jeep wheels dismounted and lifted. Once the mechanic opened the completely sealed box. He advised me an important washer is missing from the item list. I called the store to inquire on this transgression. Instead of rectifying the situation, they told me to get to another store to see if I can get a replacement???? I then had to take an Uber 11 miles away to a bolt/but store to get a $0.37 washer. Am I in the wrong for being so upset with this? I mean I know they are very industrious people, but sheer human decency is aloof. Anyways, I hope you guys have a better experience than I.

Service is not bad, but I get charged a shipping fee to get material to their store? Why would I drive to their location, buy a part thats not a stock item, pay to ship it there then go back to pick it up? And to top it off get called 3 weeks later that part is in, go to pick it up & Part is NOT THERE! Oh what a waste of time & money. I wont be going to this store. Compton is MUCH better. Unbelievable!

First and last time going there, I just wish they would hire people that knew the difference between a locker and limited slip. The guy was trying to tell me that the lock right locker is a limited slip. He didnt know his inventory either. He magically pulled out a tool box gas can from the back after he told me he would have to order it.

Horrible experience!!!!! They are over price. My product was not deliver on time and they dont keep their word. The quote me 230 dollars for a mesh cover and after 4 days they wanted 280 dollars I ask why the difference and they replied if you dont like the price go somewhere else. Do not recommend this place

I called for a small arb switch cover and the person that answered the phone told me they were $20.00 each and it will take 1 week to get he just didnt want to help me so I called the store in Santa Ana and Steve helped me and they had one for 5.99 and the other will get in a week for 4.99
