Where to start with this review. First off, I have always gone to Pep Boys for my oil changes and simple repairs and have never really had any problems with the service. That is until I went to this location. I arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon to drop off my car for an oil change. I spoke with an associate and answered all of the basic questions that a person would normally answer. I left a few minutes after and ran errands with a friend for about 2 hours. I hadnt heard back from the store so I thought they may have forgotten to call me to tell me my car was finished. Pulling into the lot, I realized my car hadnt even moved from the spot I had left it in. I walked into the store and the supervisor greeted me and I told him that I was wondering if my car had even been looked at. He pulled out my folder and asked me if my car was the one that was parked outside. I said "yes" and he went out to garage to call out his staff that obviously werent working or doing their jobs. He told me it would be done in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to about an hour later where it finally was finished, I was extremely annoyed at this point with how long this oil change took. A 3 hour oil change? You have got to be kidding me. If youre reading this, choose a different location or even a different franchise to get your oil changed at.

This place is terrible. Dont ever bother trying to get mechanical work there. They try to swindle people into work that doesnt need to get done, and then make up these ridiculous quotes for labor and part costs. Literally could go across the street to an auto parts place and buy the same parts of about 1/3rd of the price. Had the same work quoted through my regular mechanic for about 25% of the cost. They also give you a hard time about honoring warranties they agree to. Lastly, had my tires rotated and balanced there. Think the guy decided not to balance the tires, because my car would shake my teeth out of my skull whenever I drove above 60mph after they "rotated and balanced" my tires. Brought it to a small time tire shop and they fixed the problem. This place is your typical chain big company nonsense that charges high prices, tries to con people into repairs they dont need, provides poor customer service, and probably pays their employees poorly. They always look miserable when I go in there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Got my oil changed, for in my car too find it was idling VERY rough...i told them it wasnt doing that before, said "it wasnt us, only changed your oil "...i had them pop the hood to find a hose was COMPLETELY detached...the Hispanic mechanic was pretty shady in my opinion...if I wouldve drove it like that who knows what damage that wouldve cost me...Maybe doing little things like that so Id come back & spend more $$$ to fix things??? I will say the older gentleman is VERY thorough & nice but unfortunately he doesnt work on your car, he works at the cash register...wont go back again...in my experience, Ive only had problems when the mechanics that can barely speak English work on my car

This place is a joke. They have no respect for the customer at all. You at least expect to be greeted and treated like youre a human being when you walk into a business. But to have three or four people that work there, sit in the office in front of you and not even acknowledge you for five minutes is disrespectful. Thats not customer service. Thats a joke. The manager demeans his staff in front of customers and acts like hes too good to speak with you. He is too busy harassing his staff over minute details. A micro managing fool. What a fat idiot. Good luck with your pathetic business sir. Hope your employees have a back up job.

Went in and was greeted very nice guy. Wish I could have remembered his name he did not rushed us had a discussion with us discussed him getting his motorcycle license . Service was great they even allowed us in the shop so that the mechanic could explain and show us what was wrong with our car. We were a little late because we couldnt remember which pep boys we had made an appointment to but we were still able to keep the same appointment. Of course anytime you go to get your car fixed it takes time but it allowed us to get other things done. Overall very professional people and informative

Very pleased with the service at pep boys. I was concerned about taking my car anywhere because Im not local and am a young female. I decided to go here just to scan for a code for the check engine light. They gladly scanned my cars computer for free, and then they offered to do a diagnostic test for a fifth of the price that aamco proposed. Pep boys did the test, discovered where the leak was located, and fixed the part for only 60 dollars more than aamcos price was for JUST the diagnostic test. I got my car back within two hours and it is running like brand new again.

Friendly employees, always seem to want to take care of you and give you the time you and your car need! I went in, for an oil change, they recommend I change my rear struts as well, I didnt believe them but they offered to take me out and show me. I saw the struts were majorly leaking and the service advisor told me there were some coupons online and that he could handle it today. He ordered the parts, and an hour later my car was done. It was fast, prompt service at an excellent price! I will be back over and over with all my friends and familys cars.

Got my new tires installed here and I never expected to have such a good experience from pep boys. Its the crew of this location that makes this a good place to bring your business to. They worked with me to the get the tires that I wanted at a discount, which sealed the deal for me. I also came back for a new battery and had the same experience. I will be back because at this location you can depend on their service and expertise. Well done

I went in thinking I needed a brake change (pads and rotors), which would have come out to $200+. I got a call from Kelly and he informed me that I just needed a brake alignment which cost about $150 less. They could have easily changed my brakes and charged me $200+ but instead called me and gave me an honest answer on what I needed done. Great service and great honesty!

Called the day before to be here when they opened for an oil change. Got here at 7:03. 7:15 the manager tells me its going to be a while they dont have the filter. I ask to take my vehicle to run arrange in the mean time. Too late, they already drained the oil. Have to wait until after 8 when parts delivery opens. Exactly what I tried to avoid happened. Wont be back.

Watch out for this place, bait and switch, the prices they show for tires on the internet are not available and they try to upsell you to tires for twice the price. I went in to replace one good tire that unfortunately hit something on the road, they kept pushing for me to replace all 4, no way I wouldnt even patly their price for the one tire. Stay away!
