Usually Autozone is a 5-star experience, so I will shop the others, but this one has HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went in to buy hubcaps. The last set I bought didnt fit right (required zip-ties to get them to stay on b/c they were too big; every time I have my tires rotated the guys at the shop forget to zip tie them back, so they fly off *again* UGH), so I asked if hed be kind enough to come to the my car with me to make sure (before I bought them!!) that these fit my tires. No can do. The size on my tire should be correct. I had to practically beg him to go look AT the tire and tell me which size (I have no idea where the heck the number is!). He said it was 15. I bought 15. I tried them out before leaving. Theyre too SMALL this time, but shouldnt look too ridiculous. Ill be zip-tie-ing again, so I dont have to deal with that schmuck again. But every time I see the ties I am going to curse that mans name. Moral of the story...shop at other Autozones. But buy hubcaps elsewhere completely.

This store location sells cheap parts baught a battery 6 months ago later it went bad........!!! No change. All rebuilt nothing is really new Had a big hassle they dont honor warantee warning buy parts here and be sorry and out of 209 dollars Best thing to do is keep looking for a more reliable place .parts batterys made in China is what they are buy for pennies for sell for way expensive .....

This is the Auto Zone I normally go to if I need anything for my car. They seem to care a great deal here in terms of service and I cant immediately recall a time where they led me astray with parts. Wish the store was a little bigger for more selection but when push comes to shove, I cant complain about what theyve done for me here.

This guys are great. They always work hard to find us terms right part, or test starter and alternator with out pushy sales of the item. They always recommend the part and offer a quote. But never make you feel like youre bothering. Highly recommended them.

So BAD!!! I ordered headlight relay, and been told that it was gonna be at the store the next day. Came in twice the next day for nothing and did the same thing the next day and still nothing. Wasted my gas and time. Horrible experienced!

I have been here 6 times now to pickup different parts for my car as I fix it up. The service and pricing has always been great. I have never been stuck in the location for longer than 10 minutes before getting everything handled.

Very helpful and you can work on your car in the parking lot when youre in trouble its a great resource thats not far from someone cares kitchen if youre hungry after working on your car

Horrible service. Had no automotive knowledge. Went to warranty a tool. They werent able to warranty a LIFETIME WARRANTY part. Ill never stop in again.
