I just called there and was given information about fixing my headlight. I can tell quite a bit about the people at any company by the way they handle their phone calls. I didnt get this Gentlemans name, but he was polite, he listened and gave advice to me that helped a lot. Ill be visiting in person tomorrow morning (dont want to drive at night with a headlight out). The reason Im going to AutoZone is the people. The guy who took my call tonight was patient and very helpful.

Came in to seek help with some bulbs. The cashier send me to another cashier because she didnt want to assist me. However, the second cashier was very respectful and assisted me with all my questions. He even went to get my bulbs, one at a time, and cabin air filter for me.

The girls who work there had no enthusiasm they didnt know anything about a car information I needed she refered me to YouTube she said all info is there wow at least ask someone call some one byt really "go on YouTube" well she loves her job

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just tell them what you need. They do suggest you to buy other stuffs but I felt no pushing . Less collections than Pep Boy but greater service

Dont know what the other reviews mean but there rude and cant speak clearly and leave you on hold forever.. Over twenty minutes on hold.
