Seemed like a good deal, however it quickly turned into the second worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Many seem to know nothing about what theyre doing, and gave me wrong information TWICE. Which cost me an extra $100. Im so glad I tried to go for the "deal" instead of working with my mechanic. I will NEVER go here again and I suggest no one else to either, unless you know how to spot their bull. If there was a "no star" option, I would have awarded them that.

Hub is a little expensive, but they almost always have what you need especially if your car is older or hard to find. Service is lacking. You ALWAYS have to call them to see if your special order came in or not. In store customer service is almost combative, but what do you really expected t from a bunch of grizzly jaded old mechanics. Bottom line, go here if you know what you need. If you are a layman, have your mechanic order it for you.

I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. I had ordered front brake pads for my car took them home and went to install them and they were for the rear so what I thought. Im glad I was doing the work myself or I would have been paying a mechanic to stand around. When I asked them what happen they didnt seem to care. Come to find out they were also for a different year than my car too. Save your time go else where.

These guys are great. They can get those, harder to find, older car, oddball type items fast and at a comprably excellent price. Its a real auto parts store. Theyve come through for me multiple times when the other guys wouldnt even try.
