So far not Good, Ive been a customer for many years. Recently lost my left arm in a bad Atv crash. Needed to Get rid of a very nice motorcycle I obviously couldnt ride with one arm. They had a clean well kept Yamaha waverunner i was interested in trading for. Naturally they want to inspect and test ride my Bike and i agreed. But when i said can i test ride the waverunner was told they water test em when they get em. And arent in the business of selling machines that dont run. So we make the trade, they take my bike and are unable to let me take the waverunner for 7 full days. first it was needs a carb clean, then it needed a coil, then cdi box, then the switch on handle bars. So when i pick it up seven days later im expecting no problems. told me to come get it at six on Friday has new battery ready to rock. so Saturday afternoon we attempted our first ride. Wouldnt start turned over hard and killed the battery. left lake without riding charged battery overnight back to lake on Sunday. My wife backed it off the trailer and took off. Before i could park the truck she was stranded just out from the dock. I rode out to get her no start. Back to shore pull plugs got spark but no compression on one cylinder. Found oil lines from oil pump clogged engine not getting oil for who knows how long.Seems like that should have been inspected more closely during their week of problems. She didnt run for even two minutes for us. Luckilly it has an Hour meter showing no change since purchase.Very Frustrated to say the least. Monday morning the sales manager tells me he doesnt know what their going to do about this. And he will call me Wednesday. Im trusting they will do the right thing. To be continued Good news to report these guys were straight up about it and said they would take care of it. And I believe they will. As you will see in some other comments Jason Adler was very professional and truly wants to make sure they are selling quality used equipment. Thanks to Steven, Jason and Chuck Heil for understanding my frustration and doing there best to remedy the situation. Hopefully my family will be riding the Machine soon. Regards

Bought a new Sea-Doo and the seat was defective back on 6-20-16. Duke promised to order a new seat. No one ever called and I had to reach out today (8-4-16) and ask for an update. The store never answers the phone everything goes into voice mail and no one cares. When I finally reached Kyle he was going to help me and call right back. I waited 25 minutes with no return call and I had to call back. I finally tracked down Duke my sales rep. Duke shared with me that "its not his problem this is a service issue I need to talk with service." Duke was also very rude on the phone with me. Clearly the sale is all Duke cares about and nothing more. I called and spoke with Chuck the GM- WOW- the lecture I received from Chuck was unbelievable. Ironically enough when I called BPR (Sea-Doo Manufacture) I found several Gold and Platinum dealers surrounding C&C Sports and all over Oakland County (*C&C Sports is a silver dealer which is the lowest on the BPR site). I will never buy or shop with C&C again and everyone I know will hear my store.

Revised June 26 - After posting my reviews, I finally got a call back. I admit that a whole company should not be poorly rated based on the lack of follow up by one employee. They did come out and pick my bike up, took it back and thoroughly tested by riding it and putting it on the diagnostic machine. They contacted me with the issue which I then gave them the go ahead to fix. I was able to pick it up on Saturday and Josh was very apologetic, professional and polite. Ive taken my bike in there for years and will continue to do so in the future. June 9 Took my bike in for service and yearly oil change, picked it up on Saturday and on the way home the "check engine" light comes back on. I called them as soon as I made it home and was told I would get a call back on Monday since the tech that worked on it was gone. Never got the call. I called back Tuesday, had to leave a message since no one answered and have yet to receive a call back. Guess they would prefer to talk to my credit card company when I issue a chargeback.

If I could add more zeros, I would..so disappointed in the service and customer care of this business. Left my jet ski with them June 28 for carburator issues..I had TWO calls from them regarding the status, I called them several times, after putting in two rebuilt carburators and one new one, determined that the rebuilt ones werent working right..no calls... Today, September 5th, 69 DAYS LATERsummer is over with.....I picked it up still in NON Working order...Insult to injury, MY TOTAL BILL, $ 1,137.32..LET ME BREAK IT DOWN.. The rebuilt carbs ( that dont work)$ 107.93... heres another joke... 3-YAM needles $ 71.28..gaskets $ 18.65each, my new Carb, $ 687.73.. and the soaking continues... But they did me a favor... they didnt charge labor..thanks guys.. I have learned a 1K lesson.. Utube and I will fix it together..not kidding.. Yep, Im a lil gal but I think I have more knowledge than our staff at c&c sports..

Purchased a new 2015 CanAm Spyder during a phone conversation with Steve on March 7, 2016, sight unseen, we put a $500 deposit down and would be picking it up on March 12, 2016. Drove down on March 12, 2016, picked up the Spyder, everything completed, paid $19,000, all one hundred dollar bills, to Dave P., finan. person. He gave us the temp plate, good for fifteen days. On March 26, 2016, we made several calls to Dave. none of which were returned. Our plate had expired. He finally sent a text advising it would be mailed out, snail mail, USPS, Mon., March 28, 2016. I requested to have it shipped overnight. He didnt know what that was. To date, March 31, 2016, no phone calls returned, no plate has been received, no communication whatsoever. If youre considering this shop, Id error on the side of caution. NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE: April 19th, 2016, No phone calls returned. Plate was never received..

UPDATE: I must say, Phil Piggins, at C & C made this right. He personally came out (then dropped off yesterday) and picked up my sled and they repaired the oil leak that the old team couldnt fix. Phil went out of his way to take care of a long time customer. This is the highest praise in customer service. The owners of this shop should be very proud of him. Late 2014, I took my Ski Doo in to C & C to have a coolant leak repaired. They were able to fix that leak, but, I ended up walking out with an oil leak. I took it back to no less 3 times, they still didnt fix it. It leaked all summer long. They claim to be certified Ski Doo mechanics, but, I dont see how they can claim to be that when I have oil all over my floor in my garage. Needless to say I will not be taking my toys back to them for fixing. They had their chance.
