Unlike the others who have had a "bad experience ", I had quite the opposite. Charles is a great mechanic. He did extensive repair on my motorcycle and for the low rate that this task was completed, I am thankful beyond measures. My motorcycle has never ran like this before. Its a totally different Motorcycle and I love it. Thank you for everything. Im not a Harley Davidson guy so the Harley Davidson guy is self explanatory. (not a recommended person.) Charles, thank you for fixing my motorcycle.

So in a nutshell he messed up a valve cover gasket job that had to be done over and he tried to charge again for his mistake and he added parts and performed work to the bike that was not authorized and he charges customers for materials like brake cleaner when he should not. Very unprofessional, rude, sloppy work no respect for the people who brings him business or his customers at least not us.

I had no problems at all with this shop. My Triumph was diagnosed and fixed correctly after going to two other shops first. One of my two coil packs worked intermittently causing a loss of power and backfire. Now it screams like new. They did not push extra parts or work that was not needed. I only paid for one coil pack. When I need them again Ill be back.

Unprofessional and rude never let Brian the so called Kawasaki mechanic/technician do any repairs on your bike. He will continue to lie to you and try to get over on you also. And Charles the owner with just cover for him to get your money. ZERO STARS

Good guy who owns the place. He seems a bit overwhelmed and I had to push him a bit to get the work done in a reasonable time frame. But his pricing was fair and Im confident that he fixed only what was needed.
