One of the most professional place of business that I can recall visiting. Not only is everyone nice but respectful. My first visit to the shop the lady at the front door sitting behind what seem to be a customer service desk or directory center ask my name as I walked in. As we engaged in conversation about my visit I never once saw her write it down or put it in a computer system. As I recall, our conversation wasnt a very long one but she was very helpful and got me taken care of for the reason for my visit. The next visit came a couple weeks later and as I walked in the same lady was behind the desk and welcomed me back to wildcat Harley calling me out by Mr. Roberts when I thought there was no way someone could have remembered a name just from a passing conversation with so many other people coming in and out each day. The sales team was awesome. Bobby Smith has sold me 2 bikes within the past year. He always great to deal with. Hes a all around good guy and theres no pressure when it comes to buying. He wants to make sure u leave with the bike u want and is fit for u. He answered any and all questions I had no matter how rediculous they may have been me being a first time bike owner.. The finance department worked great and fast to get me the payment I wanted. The show room is full of bikes, the apparel and accessories are limitless, with someone to assist available at all times if u need help. Wildcat Harley Davidson is a 5 star store!

I talked with the salesman 3-4 times one day explained my trade and we agreed on a deal. Then I missed a half day of work and spent two hours getting there. When I got there the deal all changed. When I told them I would not pay them what they wanted they would not even talk to me and it was not even the salesman it was the finance guy that did all the talking. A little hint to the finance guy always be aware of your company and not make jokes about where people are from because you are no better than the guy next to you no matter where he is from. The two that I dealt with where very unprofessional and need to learn a little respect and common courtesy.

Wildcat Harley-Davidson is a great place to purchase motorcycles and motorcycle apparel. The store is neat, clean and very well stocked. Every employee who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you need. Wildcat Harley-Davidson has also become an important tourism destination for our area. They host about 10 events at the dealership each year, ranging from live music, to Harley Davidson Rallies, to charity fund raisers. They put on a fantastic 4th of July Fireworks show. A business such as this makes the whole community a better place, and Im very glad theyve chosen London, KY as their home.

After years of riding sport bikes I decided it was time to consider an HD. I really did not think I would enjoy the ride. Then I met the HD Street Glide... game changer. Total agility and all the comforts of modern tech- cruise, ABS, nav, and more. And great power from that 103. But more than the bike the people really blew me away. The experience for me started with fast response to online inquiry. Bobby Smith was awesome and ensured all questions were answered. The GM even emailed me before and after my purchase. Shane is top notch. Could not give a stronger recommendation for a business.

The most amazing Harley-Davidson retailer in Kentucky. The staff and mechanics are great people and super friendly. They provide all types of services from mechanics, to license courses, a big rest area with cheap drinks, snacks, and complimentary beverages, and maps with the best scenic routes in America. They have the best selection of Harley outfitting that Ive ever seen, clothing, jewelry, home decor. You can build your own custom bike right in the shop! Theyre also on Facebook and Instagram. They advertise rallies and rides throughout the entire area. Just amazing service!

Very cool dealership! Two floors of everything Harley. They have a huge inventory of new and pre-owned bikes, a vast array of clothing, and a great selection of HD household items, parts, and accessories that you Harley owners love . Their lounge area rivals the hippest coffee shops, which makes it a fun destination for window-shopping or one of the many events they host. Their service department is Top Notch and although you will have a bit of a wait for their services, it will be worth it since they are so attentive. Their customer service cant be beat.

The fixtures and decorative ideas used in this dealership were like none I had ever seen in a Harley-Davidson dealership, and I have visited quite a few in my lifetime. First of all, I dont yet own a Harley and may never own one. But this HD dealership has a lot of nice looking bikes and you could literally swim in all the branded accessories and gear they carry. The two folks who offered to answer any questions were very polite and we didnt feel out of place on our lowly metric cruisers. We came down for the inaugural Kentucky Rattlesnake ride and Wildcat HD was a good example of local hospitality and welcome.

I have been to several Harley dealers and was looking to buy my first Harley and never felt comfortable with any other dealer . By far this is the best dealer I have found they treat you like family and take the time to take care of any issues you may have . Bobby is one hell of a guy and will only buy my bikes and have them serviced at wildcat with that being said I live north of Cincinnati that should say alot!!!!

Let me tell everybody, ive been to many Harley shops over the past few years and without a doubt it is the best shop ive been in. Low center of gravity, great balance, low slung look, very comfortable, and the new Milwaukee Eight 107 engine provides instant, on demand power. Remarkable!
