Great guys up there spencer and his dad Jim are awesome they had answers for all my questions and was a tremendous help I asked spencer a tremendous amount of questions before buying my kx250 (what was done to it did the previous owner take care of it etc) And he told me everything that he knew that was done to it and a couple weeks after I bought my bike (yesterday) I met the previous owner at Durham town and he approached me on his Ktm and told me everything that was done to my bike and it was everything spencer said and more 2003 top end rebuild all new bearing new shock new fork seals new bars new chain and sprockets and all new fluids. I asked him the same question I asked spencer before purchasing my bike and the previous owners answer was exactly the same as Spencers when I asked "it was just to much bike" he said and I believe him its a great bike fast as heck and no problems yet thank you everyone at pro-line I will be up there soon for another!!!

First off I have to say the staff is very welcoming. Came into town to meet up with friends for a neighboring town fundraiser. All the way from Canada. Brought in my 2015 Yamaha YZF-R1 for some minor work and a pregame checkup . I really liked how upfront and honest they were about the prices. Shop time prices were very responsible and fair. I even added a little gratuity to show my appreciation. Outstanding work and professionalism. I will be telling all to go to see this specific shop for and bike needs or future purchases. The best place to go to get all the work done on your bike. I have been going here for over fifteen years and never a problem. I brought my bike in a few weeks ago and a small scratch happened on my gas tank. No big deal but the owner Jim took care of everything. I love this place!!!. Also they treat my wife like a true rider, never any disrespect. they always explain everything she needs to know. Trust what you read take you back there theyll be able to help you out. I would never take my bike anyplace else

Customer service at this shop is unmatched by any other repair/ maintenance shop Ive ever been to. Theyve done oil changes and aftermarket part swaps for me regularly. They treat my bike as if it were their own. Theyre a super reliable group of people and have gone way above and beyond for me in one case. Highly recommended!!
