I My girlfriend and I rode 1493 miles in 2 1/2 days visiting 17 different Harley Dealers collecting poker chips from each one. Clearly some of the dealers were closed when we arrived but my rule is that if I am on property I take a picture and the have the dealer ship me 2 of their poker chips. I have been doing this for 2 years and have visited 139 different Harley Dealers, I have 138 different chips. Tecumseh HD charged me for the chips as well as shipping (most dealers do not charge shipping or they charge $1 but I was charged $6.00 shipping) 6 weeks later and 4 phone calls later still no chips. When we got to Toledo it started raining but we really wanted a poker chip from Tecumseh HD and rode on. Today I call and the woman offers me a refund of all things. I have had in the neighborhood of 35 poker chips shipped to me due to similar situations and have gotten each and every one within 5 days except from these inept people. It is a shame they inflate a shipping charge (the claim they sent by regular mail which should cost about $1) and still cannot get my chips to me. Out of 139 different Harley dealers I have delt with Tecumseh is the worst. I get things shipped here from all over the world yet they cant pull off getting 2 poker chips to me.

I called Tecumseh Harley for two front caliper bolts on a tue the said they had them and they would hold/put my name on them. I showed up on Sunday to pick them up to find out they sold one on me so I toke the one they had left. I whet home start to work on my bike and broke the lower fork stud. I called the again to order the fork stud and the lady I talk to on the phone said she would have them around Wednesday. I told her to order them and want to pay for them because of what happen before she said dont worry that it will not happen again so I showed up the next Sunday and guess what they did not have them different time I went there they took my bike in the back and said I need a new clutch I ask how they know that without taking the primary case off he said by because the oil is dirty

Walked in with 7200 in cash looked at a dyna they were asking 2k more than nada value. And than the sales manager likes to waste your time playing games. He said they paid $8200 for a 2004 with 59,000 on it.
