I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Brighton Harley Davidson. They helped us out on Thursday August 28th. My husband and I got a flat tire on our Ultra Classic on Wednesday night on the way to the motel in Whitmore Lake. After limping it into a dimly light parking lot and working on it for two hours, we decided to call a wrecker and have it hauled the 4 miles to the motel. At 10:00 am we called Brighton Harley and asked if they had a driver who could come out and pick us up. Their driver was off that day but the manager on duty talked to one of his technicians,Mike, who was there in less than 20 minutes. Mike, the technician, who also came and picked us up, took us back to the dealership, fixed the flat, replaced a spring on the kickstand and we were on our way by 12:30. The cost of the tire, replacing the spring, and labor was less than the price we have paid other dealerships for just the tire. They didnt even charge us to come and pick us and the bike up at the hotel. They even washed the bike!!!! AWESOME!!!! I cant begin to express how awesome everyone at this dealership was to us. Ellen was so nice and showed us the new 2015s and talked to us during our short wait. Tim cleaned the tire that had the hole in it to see how damaged it was and even dried it off so we could strap it to the bike and take it home. Mitch at the Service Counter got the paperwork going super fast and got us in so quickly. Again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Ellen, Mike Tim, and absolutely everyone at Brighton Harley Davidson!!!! You guys are the best and really helped turn a bad situation around. It restored our faith in humanity, as we know there are wonderful, helpful, pleasant and courteous people out there...and the best team of employees Ive ever met are working at Brighton Harley Davidson!!!! Go there!!! They treat you like family!!!!! Joe & Linda Langevin Fulton, MI

Unfortunately I could only give 5 Stars here. I would have given 20 if I could. I bought my new fully equipped 2105 Ultra Limited from Brighton Harley, but unfortunately the bike must have been from the first week of production and the line hadnt quite yet mastered the processes! :-) I had 14 warranty failures, 6 of which were total breakdowns that required a trailer pickup to get me off the side of the road. I was never able to ride the bike more than 3 times without a significant failure. From the first day when I picked up my bike and going home a saddle bag fell off and passed me on a curve, thru a failed engine computer, two failed fuel pumps, the ignition switch exploding into 20 parts all over the driveway, a total Nav system/Electronics failure, extremely noisy transmission, stumbling and missing engine, and on and on I became increasingly frustrated (especially when the bike was in the repair shop about 60-70% of the time I owned it). Harley Milwaukee was sympathetic but I was getting nowhere until Brighton Harley stepped in and managed to obtain a new bike swap for me. Since then I have had ZERO issues and the bike is superb. It has been a night and day different vehicle to drive and a joy to ride every day. I have not had a single problem with the new bike. I am extremely happy with Brighton Harley and the extra mile they went to go to bat for me and get a major problem totally resolved. Nice to know you have someone at your back. Thank you VERY MUCH Brighton HD !!!!!!

I am very particular with my bike. I believe spark plugs and a complete fluid & filter change is the best preventive maintenance you can do. This being said, I change all my fluids every fall and spring. I brought my bike for a full synthetic fluid change, all 3 holes, and new plugs in April. I do not let the dealer wash my bike, it came from storage to the shop. It was interesting to find that the chrome oil filter was dirty with water spots! I was charged for the full service including the oil filter, however when the technician saw how clean the oil was, he opted to put the new oil filter in his tool box....at this was one of their top technicians! The Service Advisor was very frustrated and embarrassed. The service manager used to run a car dealership, he defended the technician. The Advisor is no longer there. You pay for something, you should get the service you pay for and you shouldnt have to look over there shoulder to keep them honest. Why write this in December. I went back there in October and I had another terrible experience. They need to bring George back or find another GM,.....they should call it a STEALERSHIP not a dealership! BEWARE, its your money! They suck ever since they closed and merged Ann Arbor and lost all their good techs and writers!!

DONT BOTHER with the service department, Harrisons Motorcycle in Brighton is MUCH better, and CHEAPER. After spending $50K on a couple scoots, parts and service over the past couple years, you would think I would be valued here. NOPE. Paid dearly to have a stage one kit installed. The ham fisted mechanic who put my breather on, apparently had TWO bowls of wheaties that morning. Two of the 3 bolts snapped, and the third was so horribly stripped that when the air filter fell off while on a road trip (I never saw it go), the dealership that installed a new one had to install a helicoil. Two extractions, a helicoil, a new Stage 1 breather and $510 later, I was back on the road. I asked Brighton HD for some relief. After the Service Manager, Brett, made me jump through MANY hoops to get them the receipt (Brighton supplied a bad fax number), when they could have just CALLED the other dealership and confirmed their screwup, they decided to just blow me off. I walked in, and told them to delete my customer info and stop the sales calls, emails, and postal fliers. "OK" the Sales Manager said. Thats what youre business and loyalty is worth to Brighton HD. Nothing. They get $95/hr for a $15 mechanic, and wont even warranty the work.

took my bike in there to get fixed, had it for 3 weeks no call on how it was going or what was wrong with bike. finally called and found out that it was fixed and warrenty covered it. fixed a speed censer. got it back took it out for a drive and found out that the speedomater didnt work. well decided to take it to motor city instead, where i got the bike and found out i had to take it back here, because it was there mess up. well as of today they have had it for 11 weeks. i have to keep calling them to find out if they have the part or not. dont get call backs, no info from anyone when i do get someone on the phone that knows what they are doing. finally got a call today to let me know they can fix it for 250.00. What??? it should of been covered when i took it back. remember there mess up!!! well i am never taking my business back there. they are unfriendly, poor poor customer service. i would advise anyone that is looking at getting a bike or getting on fixed to take it to Motor City, not Brighton Harley!!! have had my bike for 14 weeks out of riding season, for one part.
