2016 Snowmobile season was very short, with that said No time to have your sled in the shop for service or repairs. Chris Harris Service Manager and his team are excellent in getting the job done, for example ,service while you wait getting my 2016 and a buddies sled break in service check done as we waited after the MLK weekend. John and JD service techs complete this excellent service team. Any dealer can sale you a snowmobile but to get the service like Nordride service department provides you have to give Chris a call. Ive always went through Nordride for my snowmobile needs and I have always been satisfied. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and services. Whenever I have an issue with my sled I take it in to Chris the service manager and he is fast to get the problem solved and get me back out on my sled. The entire service team is friendly and do fantastic work. My experiance has been so good that I will never go to another dealer and I will be a Nordrider for life!!!

Mike Sr. and his staff are the greatest around, helped me get on the bike I was wanting and even took mine in trade to help, was there to answer any and all questions I had trough the loan process and just plain questions and concerns. I got my jet ski fixed there had to take it back several times for the same reason after spending 900$ then the manager or owner who ever he was they orders extra quad parts i didnt order and i said i didnt order them he was rude to me and said i did order them and i didnt but he can sit there and tell me i did he was rude and snotty about it

Went in to look at Can Am Spyder. Advised salesman I was just in the beginning phase of shopping. Did not pressure me at all and actually taught me quite a bit about the Spyder. Took the time to answer all of my questions and offered me a brochure. Very pleasant experience and I will return when it is time to buy.
