My daughter purchased a brand new leather jacket this past weekend from Highway Leather, and I went along for moral support. She had been searching for quite some time to find the right leather jacket. It took a while, but when she stumbled across Logan, the search was over. How refreshing to find an honest salesperson. Most of the time they try to push hard to get you to buy something you dont really want (or need), but such was not the case with Logan. He listened to what my daughter wanted, and came up with the solution. The entire process was conducted in a very friendly manner. It was almost as if we had known Logan forever. Over and above being excellent salesperson, he is just a nice guy.

We purchased a leather jacket from Zach yesterday. We originally walked into Highway Leather day before yesterday before they closed just to look. ZACH and Logan were very patient and courteous with us we tried to workout a deal and even after we decided to sleep on it. When we went back yesterday afternoon., Zach had another customer at the time, but never felt rushed or neglected. He touched base with us and took the time to introduce us to Amber so she could explain features of our leather jacket. We never pressured into anything and everything we spoke with was very knowledgeable. We had great experience with Zach, Logan and Amber at Highway Leather and would recommend them to everyone.

If I could give a lower review I would!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! We order a leather vest from their Web site at $99.00 plus shipping. We were charged 4 times for one vest through our card. When we tried to contact them we got no response by Email nor would anyone answer the phone. My advice... DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE... "Be aware that most of reviews on businesses are from the owners and family saying how great they are." THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!

Love the place!!!!! Geo my sales person was straight forward, and honest. He knew a lot about the leather, I did my research prior to this purchase and he answered a lot of my truck questions. Shot out to the customer that was a traditional mc jacket owner, bragged how much he loves it... And his wife too!!!!!!the crew was like an extended family. Very personable. I recommend the next leather vest is purchased here!!!!

When I went to Highway Leather, I was a little unsure of what I wanted, after talking to Justin. He had explained in great detail several different leather purses, being very knowledgeable about each of them with his no pressure and all helpful attitude. Does not adhere to opening times. Multiple times arrived and during posted business hours and store was closed after I travelled 40 mins to get there. Customer service was not good, dealt with a young woman named Nene and she was not familiar with the items for sale or location, was advised to order online. However prices are decent. And quality of merchandise for most items are good.

We bought chaps and a jacket. Excellent quality and price. Got back to the hotel and my husband decided he needed a smaller size in his jacket. Returned to Highway Leather the next day and exchanged the jacket for a smaller sizer. No problems at all. Great customer service. Please visit them during the fall bike week in OC MD.

Diamond in the rough. Was looking for a leather jacket, but wanted to see it in person, so tried this place out. My sales person was Amber. Very helpful, and know all the ins and outs of each leather jacket. May not be the cheapest place but definitly worth a shot!!!!!
