I recently traded a CBR600RR in for a 2014 KTM 690 Duke at CCM. From the first time I walked in the door at CCM, I knew this dealership was different from any other. I visited CCM one day when we were passing by to check out the Duke and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I fell in love with the bike but wasnt quite ready to make the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure from the salesmen, even when they called a few weeks later to check in. Once I was ready to start working a deal for the bike, the salesman, Mike, was very patient with me and worked with me on every detail of the deal for the new bike. Since we lived more than an hour away, he also worked with me on providing a trade in quote for the CBR without seeing the bike in person. The day I went into CCM to make the trade and pick up the KTM was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. They treated me like I was a customer and not just money walking in the door. They walk you through each step, from helping set you up with gear, to getting accessories for the bike, and then walking you around your new bike to point out important details. I wasnt able to work with Mike since he was out but he set up everything for me with Brad so that when I got to CCM, the bike and paperwork was ready. There was no one running around, confused about where things were or trying to find my things. I had been working with the Andy in the parts department for a few weeks to order the parts that I wanted while waiting for my KTM to come in. Andy was excellent! As soon as I got to the parts department, he knew who I was and was very helpful with making sure all of my parts were either in store or on order. He worked hard to meet my every need and to ensure I was happy with the parts I received. If you are looking for a dealership that does more than just sale you a bike, this is the place. The next bike I get will be from CCM. I wont go anywhere else. I really appreciate all of the staff and I hope that they continue to uphold this kind of customer service because they are setting the standard in the industry.

After checking out these other reviews it seems I may be one of few with a less than desirable experience. First off, I cant commend them enough for the friendliness of their employees in the service department. Very nice people. Having said that, the service process makes very little sense for a customer and my issue was not resolved after having spent $800. I dropped off my rzr for service and they let me know it needed a new throttle body. No problem with that. The issue came with having to be rescheduled back into the service schedule after the part came in. Every other service center in the country would consider that as an open work order, not a new service. They held on to my vehicle for 2 weeks to finish the service. I called them the day prior and was told it will be finished at 3pm. So I show up at 3pm and its installed but I was asked to hold onto the vehicle another day to verify the fix and that they had installed it in the morning. They should have called me and let me know instead of me driving an hour away with the trailer to get it. I chose to pick it up that day because I was frustrated they sat on it for so long. The rzr is still idling high and new throttle body needs to still be adjusted. This is the highest rated dealer in the area so Im sure theyre great but I figured Id share my individual experience. Ill be buying a brand new rzr come winter so Ill give this dealer one more shot on repairing the idle on this one. Another similar experience and Ill be purchasing and having service done somewhere else. If all works out, I will edit this review with an update.

When I need gear Danielle is always friendly and has the correct information on the products. Without Danielles help I would of bought the wrong thing a few times and had to return or exchange my items. The parts departments the same way, always helpful and they know more than I do so thats a plus and how it should be! First experience with the service department was perfect, they gave me the time to explain the piston ring washers and a great price on my part honing, while I waited just before close. Then I also bought a 2017 bike. I know you couldnt get a bike shop to work with any easier than Clinton County Motor Sports. My 1st time purchase with CCMS and my 3rd off road new toy purchase from a dealer. Their purchase process is buy far the best experience I have ever had. I felt like a king picking up my dirt bike, start to finish. No other bike shop I purchased from has ever gave me that much attention. I was confident leaving, they even helped me tie the bike down on my trailer. Clinton County Motor Sports earned it! Cant wait to attend some of their off road events this year.
