We came to this location for the first time last night. From the outside it looks nice and possibly somewhat larger than other Sprouts in the area. Once we entered, we noticed a lot of employees bustling around who were too busy to assist or greet us despite the fact we were only 2 of about 10 in the entire store that late in the evening. After walking the aisles and checking the place out, we observed that it was very disorganized, messy and down right dirty to the point of food from the bulk bins laying out around and on the floor. The meat looked old and dry and shelves were not being maintained or stocked well. We left our cart in the aisle and went somewhere else.

We had an "ok" experience in the deli, but there was an inconsistency in the menu- ordering process. We ate what we got (it was very good), just not exactly what we expected. At checkout, the cashier happily asked how our sandwiches were. Our reply, "they were good, but the service was so-so". At her request, we told her the main issues. Even though they were very busy, she went above & beyond taking care of us. By her actions, we gave little doubt the discrepancy will be fixed promptly. Ending with an excellent shopping experience.

Overall, the store is OK. I have not had any issues with meat here. However, I am re-thinking getting produce here. I have had to make many trips back to return bad produce. See the picture attached, there is obvious mold on the raspberries that are on display. The produce person needs glasses.

The produce isnt always in great shape, the checkout is usually slow, and they often run out of specials---I have a stack of rainchecks in my purse. FYI the WinCo across the street offers more organic produce choices than Sprouts, and at a cheaper price.

The deli offers good sandwiches at a reasonable price and a place to sit and eat. Downside is they have regulars who just sit and drink free coffee taking up valuable seats.
