Our experience was absolutely horrible! My wife spent an hour and 15 minutes shopping here just to find out while they were ringing her up that they do NOT accept credit cards! All that time wasted away from her family after picking out $115 worth of groceries. She had to leave empty handed with a shopping cart full of food that was just left there! I called to complain and talked to a manger named Josh who apologized but said that there was nothing he could do. He said the signage saying that credit cards were not accepted was adequate and we saying that this just wasnt the case. Trust us...it wasnt!! So much for the grand opening, and my wife left frustrated and upset! These folks will not help you if theres a problem, and they came across over the phone that they hardly cared! The lack of customer service particularly during a grand opening was astounding! My wife left this store embarrassed and upset to another store nearby to buy the necessities that we needed. Infuriating!!

I spent over an hour getting all the items on my grocery list. I approached the self checkout stand. There were no other customers in this area . The girl that was working that section told me I could not use the self-checkout because I had too many groceries. There were only three cashiers open in the lengthy lineup of checkout lines. They were busy with Shoppers who had just as many items as I did. I asked the customer service if they could get another cashier. She said they were waiting for someone to come back from break. I told them that Walmart and Smiths allow shoppers with a lot of groceries to use the self-checkout. The store is enormous and there is no excuse for not providing self-service lanes for people who have more than 15 items which will come to over $200. I told them they could put my groceries back. I should have said that my purchases provide their paycheck. I will never be back there again because customer service is more important than low prices.

Awful experience! They had a loud forklift beeping noisily throughout the store around 10 p.m. on a Friday night! I can understand that its for safety purposes, etc. But, why couldnt they wait until after midnight to do that. We approached the night (acting manager) who was a youngster to voice our complaints, he was nice but unable to do anything about it. The cashier was not friendly and charged one of our items multiple times and couldnt reverse it, she had to give us cash back. Hate the environment there! I am never going back there!

Prices are pretty good. I agree that they need better signage about no credit cards. The customer service is nowhere near as good as it is at the Smiths just down the street, but its still better than the wal-mart close by. One thing Id love to see is a website/mailer/Facebook page that lists the current deals. I hate going shopping blind. I like to pick the best deals and plan my meals around it before I go shopping. As far as I have found, there is nowhere except their marquis that shows a few of the sales.

I have always loved winco until today when I spent an hour getting groceries and go to pay with an American Express prepaid card. Apparently they do not accept credit at all, but you can pay with a check. This isnt posted anywhere nor did they seem to care that I had just wasted an hour to buy groceries that I could no longer pay for as they would not accept my form of payment. I honestly doubt that I will go back no matter how good the prices are.

Most of the fruit was over excessively moldy. Store is dead silent. Theres no cold drink section other than the few they have in the tiny fridge at check out. Most of the items are marked with a big "Smiths Price" I get it they have a lot of things that are a little cheaper than smiths but its a little excessive. Overall my biggest thing is just how much moldy fruit there was. It was decomposing moldy, which means its been there for awhile.

Went to the grand opening yesterday and this place was in complete chaos!! Complete lack of supervision at the front register. It took 1.5 hours to check out because I unfortunately had picked the one line extending to the back of the store that feed into only 3 registers while another line feed into 8 or 10 registers and another looked to be 3 or 4 as well. Whoever was in charge of controlling customer traffic at checkout failed miserably!

We love this place! So glad this one is finally open! People that whine about long wait times at a grand opening obviously have never been in retail, what did you expect!? Insanely good deals in a brand new, highly anticipated store during its grand opening and you wanted to walk in and walk out? Thats borderline looney! Anyways, WinCo is awesome, staff is awesome and we love it.

Really love the concept of this place. You dont have to get excess unless you want to, and the bulk options cut down on waste. Prices are pretty comparable to other places in general. Some items are cheaper but others are more expensive. Lots of meat options, bulk options, and international foods. Love their bulk dog treats too!!

I love the prices at this store. The produce is in good shape. They have a lot of Alternative Health Products along with vegan and vegetarian options as well. Great selection of foods. The only reason I do not give it five stars is because I hate bagging my own groceries and they do not take credit cards.

I do love Winco, their prices are great and they have an amazing bulk section! But the last few times I have gone there their produce hasnt been that great, I buy it and two days later it goes bad, they need to rotate their stuff better.

Would easily be 5 star rating if I could use my dang credit card! Every time I come I might as well plan two trips... 1 for shopping and the other to run home and get cash/debit card. I forget EVERY TIME! lol

I really like the unbeatable prices and very good quality. You cant find a better bulk selection. The produce is the main reason I shop here. Only complaint is how far this wonderful store is from my home.

This place does have quite a selection and decent prices but what kind of store in this day and age doesnt take credit cards. Pretty annoying to bring that much cash if you want to do any large purchases.

Easily accessible with a wheelchair service dog staff is mostly up-to-date with service dog laws but their etiquette was appropriate. Glad to finally have a store closer
