I like the store but cannot stand none of the women that work in this store Lisa was very rude, and made a scene in front of my classmate friends. Juan and Deb have done their part to make things uncomfortable for me to shop here in my neighborhood store. The girl that works in the a.M. in the deli has rudely tossed my sandwich on numerous occasions and did not make my sandwich as I requested on my paper but I sat and watched her kindly treat everyone else that did not have darker skin nice so I figured it was because I was who I am because I have never done anything wrong to her, the male that works behind there is so polite and kind though, so I only get a sandwich if I see he is back there working. I spend over $150 a month in this store, I believe I deserve better treatment than I have received for being a loyal customer since Sprouts was built there which was soon after 2008, I feel that they were prejudice against me. Almost every female clerk in this specific store has made it seem like they suffer with a personality confliction. They have made indirect rude remarks in front of customers, one time Juan made a comment in front of customers inappropriately. Then today a clerk aggressively and loudly in front of customers was loud and rude today Annie store #7 was the last straw that broke the camels back. I am now making a formal review because I know the store managers will do nothing. The next step, I will go corporate, then go from there. I will not allow anyone to mistreat or be rude to me. I may shop at Trader Joes if this is the way this store is going to treat their loyal customers and I will spread the word of all the mistreatment to. I dont think I can say I like this store anymore because of all the mean, angry, women that work in here. Roy is the best worker they have there. He knows business and customer service! Other than that, I am growing to dread shopping at a place I once could call home and family.

I LOVE THIS STORE....but more than that....its the staff. Just like good neighbors make for a good neighborhood.... a good staff will make or break a good business. One employee stands out!!!! His name is ROY. Never too busy to share a friendly "HELLO" or "How can I help you" this gentleman should be an example for all the newbies on what it takes to keep customers coming back. On a recent visit, I witnessed a customer ignoring her screaming wild children running all over the store.....Roy took matters in his hands , for the safety of the children and to stop the disruption being caused by these banshees, Roy calmly told the children to stop running. This poor example of a parent chastised this good man for asking the monsters to stop running about. I applaud him on behalf of all of the other shoppers AND the safety of the brats. If I had such a business, I would actively try to recruit him. WHATEVER YOU PAY HIM.......GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!! He is worth every nickel he makes. This employee is management material.DONT,DONT,DONT lose this guy. Sincerely, Rick Maynard......a happy customer.

The only one who helped me was a young man by the name of Michael. I needed sweet potatoes for my delicious pies but was misinformed by the departments manager TIM. He tried to pass YAMS for sweet potatoes and waved me off as if I was going to settle for that. The young man Michael was the one that was honest enough to stop what he was doing and tell me honestly that they didnt sale sweet potatoes not that I didnt notice the difference right away. Every time I have an inquiry about their produce that TIM guy seems rude and inconsiderate of us customers and I would suggest getting rid of him if you want people to spend their money at this location. I will not any longer. Love the quality of the food but its not worth my time or money at this point.

I want to give it more stars, but my recent visit was disappointing. Ive always thought of Sprouts as the best place to buy produce, and everything else they sell has been if needed because of the lack of variety. Those prices are higher than those of the grocery stores as well. I used to be able choose salad ingredients in amounts that I could use in a weeks time, like the nuts, seeds, candies, etc. in the bulk section, but this store doesnt do that anymore, so I end up buying more than I need. In my experience, the cost of produce is higher than other stores and I dont see any difference in quality. My last thought is about the meats. I see no difference in quality, and prices are higher, aside from the sale items.

Sometimes the prices are more, and sometimes the prices are less than the big grocery chains. HOWEVER, you are always guaranteed fresh produce at a comparable price. The meat is simply supreme to that of any grocery store. Its taste is pure and delicious, plus they guarantee that it is not packed full of chemicals like you would buy at the other large chains. I can always count on Sprouts to have superior health care products, but I still compare with Trader Joes a lot. Bulk items are great. Spices are simply supreme. I shop here all the time, and the staff now knows my face. They even ask me where my kids are when I am alone, which is not too often. I love this store.

God forbids the Sprouts on Northern and 19th Avenue in Phoenix should restock merchandise. This store is missing its own store brand merchandise such as Sprouts low sodium vegetable broth, or Sprouts (individual packets) protein powder. Ive gone back and discovered that systematically the same merchandise are never replenished. Makes a shopping experience unpleasant, especially when the store is 2 miles from your house, but you have to travel an additional 5 when youre in a hurry to pick-up only a few items. Pretty soon my whole family will stop shopping at Sprouts altogether and take our business to Whole Food.

I have been shopping at this Sprouts for a number of years (about 10) and have kept on shopping here, although there is another Sprouts closer to where I live, because I liked the personnel and the help I always received from Steve, the manager, among others. Then a couple of months ago, they moved Steve to another store and changed out the personnel. The new people are either neutral in demeanor or plan down right rude. I refuse to shop at Sprouts on Glendale and this Sprouts isnt going to see much of me in the future, either.

This is the best Sprouts location in the immediate area. It has a larger selection than some of the others in its radius. Of course, its Sprouts, so its more expensive than any other grocery store. Price for price they are consistently anywhere from $0.50 to a $1.50 more expensive than Whole Foods and more than $2 more expensive per item then Trader Joes. But, theyre close by, theyre convenient, and this location is clean and well-stocked.
