Good variety of products but some products dont have expiry date. Also Bad customer service. We found one of our bag containing 3 products were missing after purchase and found that the store help had accidentally dropped it along another customers bag. The customer had left the building already and when we informed the cashier and the manager about this they said "its ok she will return the product when she finds out." We were shocked and standing there for 5 mins wondering when they will realize its grocery product we are talking about and how can we wait for hours assuming the customer will return. luckily my husband who saw how pathetic the customer service was, rushed out to find the customer spotted the customer at car parking and got the products back. The store manager then asked us did we get it back and there was not a single word of apology either from her or the store help. Better keep an eye on products bagged and the bill too...

I couldnt find kimchi at the nearby chain grocery stores so stopped in here to grab some. It smelled a bit weird in the store. Not necessarily bad, but something was off. No big deal though as I was only looking for 1 item and didnt plan on spending more than 5 minutes in the store. I easily found the kimchi in the cold deli cases at the front of the store. If came in a clear deli style container. First of all, there was absolutely no seal on the packaging. The slightest touch or movement caused the lid to pop off. At least put some tape on the damn thing. Secondly, the kimchi was inedible. I wasnt expecting authentic kimchi from Korea, but I did expect it to be palatable. It tasted more of rotten cabbage rather than fermented cabbage. The spice was unbearable. It tasted like they sprinkled a tub of cayenne pepper onto some old cabbage from the dumpster and stuffed it into a container to sell.

Since 2013, it has came a long way and also has improved. One issue Id like to clarify is that the 24 hour policy goes for all produce, frozen/refrigerated (such as; meat, chicken, goat, pork etc). Dry foods are a preferred to be 1 week policy, 2 weeks is lenient, more than 3 weeks is pushing it, speak to the manager if your return item is more than 2 weeks old. Yes, they accept ApplePay/SamsungPay. When cashiers say your chip failed, IT FAILED. Yes, itll appear when you check your bank account right after. After recognition that the chip failed the 1st time, that pending statement is removed and you are only charged ONCE. It is not the cashier or the stores fault. $10 minimum for all credit cards, debit is accepted for under and above $10. They accept food stamps.

Clean, well organized...compared to many other Asian markets...they carry lots of Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Indian products....fish selection good, the shrimp we purchased was excellent as was the pork. They carried about all the brands we like. i read the poor reviews and clearly see these are people who just like to complain...so frustrating to see a decent business being subject to the unfair rating of them...but it is not hard to read between the lines. This is a solid Asian market and we have shopped 6 others in the Valley so far...only two others we liked as much. Good experience overall, we will keep coming back. It is not close to our home in North Scottsdale but about the closest drive from home, thanks to it being so close to the 101.

They charge credit card fees unless you buy a certain $ amount. Crowded since is lousy with tons of H1B foreign worker visa holders (and their spouse, multiple babies, grandparents, etc) shopping here (thanks to the nearby electronics/credit card companies too cheap to hire American workers). So the store then caters to them, selling more and more Indian products, which in turn flood the store with more of them. Bought several items here that weevils hatched from. Was given a hard time by store manager to return something, she was so cheap she wanted me to exchange it for another product even though I had my receipt. Store quite smelly too.

Well I like this place for many reasons. Travel the world under an hour. I am the home cook 90% of the time in our house and this is a great place for hard to find ingredients. Also it has a great section of very cool creative utensils for cooking. I like the produce and meat areas as well. They have great snacks for kids with all different ingredients for special diets. The place is not a AJS and would not hurt to work on the cosmetic of the place. Its is generally not crowded making it easy and out shopping experience.

I am so so with the place. The floor is horrid, stuff is outdated sometimes, NEVER get their fish ( I am studying to be a chef ) and fish are not suppose to be sold with red eyes...... I have been here twice and walk each aisle. They do have stuff you can get at like Wal-Mart for cheaper. The refrigerated foods with kimchi and such is dirty and almost looks already opened..... Im not saying to never go here or to only go here, its really up to you. I am just being honest with what I see.

This is one of my favorite and one of its type places to go for international foods. Im from Europe and I am used to certain products and brands for ketchup, mayonaise, flour, pasta, mineral water that are made in Poland. I can go there and spend a lot since they really do have so much. I also buy good tea, coffee, Asian produce, fish, fresh fruits and vegetables (amazing selection). They even have polish style meats from Chicago at good prices. I have to drive far but its worth it!

Asiana market houses the groceries for many Asian countries including Indian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. Specific local brands and products on designated aisle. Employees working on premises often doesnt know about the things and where are those placed. Many of the items are sold at an inflated price. Quality of fresh produce and meat is not up to the mark. Return policy is only one day with receipt and they do not care very much about expiration date of the products.

Good variety of items from one end of the world to the other but the place is DIRTY and STIIIIINKS ! You also HAVE TO check expiration dates on EVERYTHING because these people sell things all the time that are expired by months ! I bought one item once that was expired by a year ! The smell tough is annihilating sometimes. I gave them one star for the vast variety of goods and one star for their prices. Customer service is not bad but nothing great either.

I go to this store about once a month. Id go there a lot more frequently, but I live in Buckeye. Anyway, they are always well-stocked with the items I want (Japanese or Korean). I stopped in to get some Ghana chocolate bars which I needed to transport home without melting in this 111 degree heat, so I asked for some ice. Eunice, my cashier, got two nice-sized bags of ice and a box for me--much more than I expected her to do. Nicely done, and thank you!

Asiana is good but there have been a lot of cases of used product or bad products on shelf. Their refund policy is created on fly. Be wary when you buy something. Check the packing immediately or better in store itself if thats not open inside. If you didnt make sure that any item that can go sour are checked immediately as they will refuse refund. Asiana doesnt understand that people buy based on future needs and not to open the same day of purchase.
