Ive been there several times for advice and twice to sell some old jewelry. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He goes out of his way to explain things. Hes very warm & friendly and very honest. He gives the best prices in all of Elk Grove and Sacramento. Hes even done quick repairs free of charge. Family business Mom and Pop shop. They know what theyre doing I always send people their way because they are good people. Really knows how to keep customers happy. He also remembers who you are even if its been a few years between visits. Im pretty sure the one bad reviewer is over exaggerating probably tried to get something for nothing and was angry that it didnt work. Someday Im going to have him make a custom ring for me.

Went to the store I was not knowing what to expect sense I had already been to several other stores to sell several pieces of jewelry and wasnt getting any prices close to what I was wanting. When I went into the store and asked if he could just appraise the items for me and he did. He also answered all questions I had about how much he thought I could get for them if I sold them privately. I went back after trying to sell them privately and he gave me a better price than anyone previously offered. Very professional, kind and also has several great well priced items for sale. Love this place!

Nice, clean, lowballs but did attempt to find me a watch strap for my old Bulova for free. He couldnt find one but he was very nice for looking. He respects each and every person by treating them with dignity and being discreet about his offers
