Had an appointment they were 45 minutes behind schedule. Store was pandemonium and after driving a half hour to get there plus 45 minute wait and three calls to apple support they were no help. Only offered to sell me a phone for 3X the price I could get it for elsewhere.

They should be out of business. The experience of shopping was OK because I knew exactly what I needed. The long wait on a line with 1 person that was there when I walked in the store made me want to walk out.. Horrible
