This place offers terrible customer service from the front desk. I would be embarrassed to a doctor practicing there with those people representing me. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to get my prescription on my first visit and when I checked out the front desk wasn’t rude but very terse. Every time I called back after that to try and make an appointment my experience got worse and worse. I delayed getting back in for my follow up because I was very busy and couldn’t risk getting taken back an hour late again, not to mention I dreaded having to speak to the front desk. The last time I called the girl at the front desk cut me off several times and put me on hold twice while I was in the middle of a sentence. Her attitude was so terrible that I can’t even find the words to express my distaste; it was like I had offended her by trying to make an appointment. If I ever heard one of my employees talking like that to a customer they would be fired instantly. I understand that I didnt get back in time for my follow up and now I need a new prescription (which is just as well because I will be taking my business elsewhere) but that isnt what bothers me, it is the terrible service. If you don’t enjoy your job enough to where you can at least pretend to be polite to people then find a new job. As a side note the female doctor I saw was fantastic. If you can get past the crass, unprofessional, college students at the front desk the actual appointment (when you finally get taken back) is quick and pleasant.

I dont leave reviews for anything or anyone but I felt strongly enough about this situation to place a review. Im a new customer to LensCrafters. I just got a pair of frames that I want to have my prescription put in, I called into this location asking a SIMPLE question in the most pleasant non-abrasive way. This lady that Im assuming sits at the front desk says I had to bring them in which is ok but I asked if there was something I could tell her about the frames over the phone (like lens width) because I work and couldnt make it out there. This lady then asks "have you ever worked in a lab?" & I gave a puzzled response because Im not sure what shes asking. So she sits in silence and does this condescending laugh and proceeds to say "have you ever worked in a lab? An eye glass lab?" So at this point Im offended at her condescending behavior and rude/dismissive tone. So I told her no how many ppl work in eye glass labs? And she interrupted me and was like "exactly". Thats I told her she didnt have to be rude bc I was asking a simple question. And I got hung up on. Who hires these people???? She better have fun always being at the bottom of the totem pole with that pathetic attitude. Goes without saying that I wont be giving my money to this establishment.

UPDATE: The general manager, Debra, called me and spoke to me about my issues. I went back in and they helped me pick the right things that I needed. Debra was very helpful and they corrected the issue immediately. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am very, very unhappy. The woman who helped me was pushy, rude, and I feel she tried to bamboozle me into buying lenses that were not necessary. Because of her pushiness and unwillingness to listen to me and answer my questions I ended up getting only reading glasses instead of the regular progressive lenses I needed. Now I am stuck with only reading glasses for a year until I can afford to buy the ones I need NEXT YEAR when I can use my insurance again. I am very very unhappy and will NOT recommend your store again. I wish I could come in to get the glasses I need, but because of the rudeness and pushiness of this woman I am stuck for a year. I wish could convey how absolutely furious I am that I felt swindled and did not get what I needed. My whole family was going here. We will now look for another lens crafters.

To say the service at Lenscrafters was bad would be an understatement! The 4 salesman were standing around having a good conversation. When I asked where the kids glasses where located 1 salesman told me where they were and that was the only interaction I had with a salesman in the store. They never checked on me. They stood in a circle and talked to each other while ignoring me and every other customer. I called the store after I left and told them about my experience and the manager only said "OK" My second attempt to offer my business to them quickly dismissed with an "Ok". I have a family of 4 and we all wear glasses, and I send over $800 a year on special contacts for my son. Bad business! Highly dont recommend doing business with a company that cares that little about new customers.

My first experience was very pleasant. When I went to pick up my glasses is when the service started to decline. They damaged the frame and had to order a new pair. I came back a week later to get the new pair and when they were replacing the lenses, they damaged the frame again. Here it is 3 weeks later and I still dont have my new pair of glasses and Im having to call and follow up when it should be the other way around. When I called, I was placed on hold for about 5 min so I hung up and called back. So a salesperson consistently calling me honey and baby took my number down and said that when the manager is done doing 15 different things, he/she will give me a call back. Im not sure what theyre doing at the other locations but hopefully not this. I really wanted to like this place.

Bought some Ray Ban rx glasses from them. After 2yrs lense coating started bubbling and flake off. I would not expect $300 lenses to do this after only two years. Management at this is store has done nothing to offer me any kind of help or replace the lenses. Been talking to corporate and they have emailed this store 5 times saying that should call me back. Still have not heard anything back from this store management. One of the managers up there said that lenses are only supposed to last one year. I bought frames and lenses from there before that lasted alot longer. Do not by any lenses or frames from this location. Buyer beware. They take your money and forget about you.

I go here for my contacts and glasses only because Im forced to by my insurance. Expect a lengthy process full of follow up appointments for contact fitting. They did not have the brand of contact Ive worn for 7 years in stock sent me home with some hard no flex knock offs and told me to call back if I didnt like them and they could order my brand. When I called back to order accu view oasis they informed me that even though I had just had an appointment I would have to schedule a follow up appointment to fit me to the accu view. Essentially making another appointment and hour away from where I live just because they didnt have my preferred contacts in stock.
