Dr. Weiss, I just wanted to take the time to once again let you know what an exceptional experience I had in your office. You, Heidi, and Vic made the dreaded task of trying to get a comfortable, attractive, and precise pair of glasses a pleasant and stress free experience. I greatly appreciate your professional ability to get me a perfect script every time over the years. Heidi has once again taken the stress out of finding not only a comfortable pair of glasses but a pair that is attractive to me. She assisted with great patience, excellent insight to my preference, and extreme detail in my checkout experience. She totally rocks. Vic completed the last and very important piece of my experience. With great precision he adjusted my existing pair to stop digging in the side of nose. He also exemplifies great patience and held my confidence in his precision measurements for my new pair. You guys are the reason I keep returning year after year. I have been going to Smyrna Eye Group for a couple and years. I recently had an Experience with Dr. Weiss and was less than happy. When I set my next appointment for a week later(I was getting fitted for contacts) I expressed my distaste for the Dr. I explained that our personalities are not a match. They were very understanding and scheduled me with Dr. Reimer. I AM REALLY happy I spoke up about the experience. DR. Reimer was amazing. She is very supportive, attentive, and understanding. While Dr. Reimer was great, she was not the best part of the experience. Along with seeing Dr. Reimer I was paired up with Cheryl R. Cheryl is OUTSTANDING!! She is beyond words and really cares about the patients she works with. She has been more than patient with me and the contact. I am currently on my 3rd test fitting as we are trying to get the perfect match for my eyes. Cheryl is a gem within this eye care group. IF you are thinking about going to the organization I highly recommend that you request both Cheryl and Dr. Reimer. IF you get this combo you will not be disappointed.

I was very disappointed with this office. They told me my exam would be covered under insurance, but I still ended up paying through the nose for a "contact lens" exam. The doctor told me that I would need specialized lenses in order to correct my vision, but the price they charged for the contacts was much higher than they would cost me through Wal-Mart or Sams. Therefore he put me in a lens that was not 100% corrective for my left eye. I ended up just getting my script and buying the contacts elsewhere and dealing with the sub par vision. Then I went to a new doctor this year and he told me that I did not need special lenses after all. What is even more irritating is I paid less than half for the exam! They also will match prices for the contacts, so I can get my normal contacts for a cheaper rate. The doctors here are nice, but I cannot stomach the obscene pricing.

Outstanding and friendly: "Youll see!". One of their employees actually found my previously created lenses and frames which had been retained by the company from last years orders, and provided me gratis an extra pair of glasses. In selecting a replacement frame for broken glasses, I was expertly assisted, and then pre-fitted for the frame being ordered. All warranty considerations were handled with no hassles, but great courtesy, voluntarily. This is not to mention all the expert vision diagnostics and treatments accompanying my getting 2 IOC implants last year. The physician staff is likewise excellent. Dr. Sackel diagnosed a retinal detachment, performed 2 cataract surgeries, and recommended a retinal expert physician to help me keep it all in focus! Dr. Weiss has also been an expert optometrist, there for our family for many years. Thanks, Smyrna Eye Group!

last week I had an issue with my eye. I called my normal eye doctor and they couldnt seem to fit me in. So I called Smyrna Eye Group. Once I told them it was an emergency they said they could see me that same day. Checking is the easier process I have ever seen. ALL of the staff was super friendly and made you feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Barbara Koloze. She was so nice!!! Very thorough. Found the problem and prescribed some medicine. The lady who helped me find a pair of glasses was also very nice. I let her know I was on a budget. I went back for a follow up on Tuesday. When I called to schedule it they were all booked up but the doctor was able to squeeze me in which I was very grateful for. The service once again exceeded my expectations. Super nice, very friendly and very clean. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

First time patient and had the best experience with an eye care service! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an appointment for just an eye exam, but ultimately left with a receipt for new glasses. I wasnt planning on getting any that day, but the prices seem fair and the frame styles are modern. I ordered glasses on Saturday Nov. 7 and was ready on Nov. 19 (the frames had to be shipped since the color I wanted was not in stock). I have been wearing my new glasses for a day now and they are crystal clear compared the my previous glasses. I did also pay more to get an anti-scratch coat on my lens, so if they scratch in the future, they will replace the lens free of charge. Highly Recommend this place! And yes, the restrooms are really clean.

Contrary to other posts, the prices are considerably higher for frames and lenses, but with that said, they are worth every penny. I wear glasses that have trifocal vision. Previously i had used a lens store at Cumberland Mall. BIG mistake! They never were able to get the vision fields correctly placed and they kept insisting i had to turn my head a certain way to see the computer, a different way to read, etc.! Well, at Smyrna Eye Group they made my lenses and when i put on my glasses for the first time it was seeing through my own eyes without glasses!! Not only did i buy a great pair of Ray Ban glasses, but went back and got the same style in sunglasses. Thank you Smyrna Eye Group.

After having a bad a experience with another eye group, Im so glad my family found Smyrna Eye Group. First, they make setting an appointment easy and are very flexible with schedule. Second, from the time you walked through the door to the time you walked out is a breath of fresh air. I cant even say enough about Dr. Azeen Hadadi. She was very detailed, calm and very professional even though my 5 year old was all over the place. She is possibly the best I have seen. I want to also thank Tawanda for helping us with glasses. She was very patience with us and didnt sell what we dont need like the other places. Again thank you all.
