Employees are just plain rude!! My daughter went to get an eye exam and also wanted a contact lens exam. She was treated very rudely when she asked them any questions. She went back today to get fitted with the contacts. The associate walked away while she put them in. She has never worn them and never put them in. She said it felt like eyelashes were on them. When she continued to rub her eyes after he got back, he didnt have the patience to question why? He had her read the eye chart, which she had a hard time doing. He then proceeded to take the contacts out of her eyes after she told him she would do it. He hurt her. He then threw the contacts in the trash and told her she was not a candidate for contacts. You havent heard the last of me Walmart! I didnt pay for a lens exam to have some stupid associate who knows NOTHING about this tell her she is not a candidate. So what, I have to go somewhere else and pay for another lens exam? Fat chance! And the fact that he yanked those lens out of her eyes after she asked him not to really gets my blood boiling. Im so incredibly sick of the idiots that work at these places. I strongly advise you to pay a little more and go to a reputable eye place. Walmart is going down hill in every way, shape and form.

Ive been going here for over 10 years same doctor. Staff usually has one nice lady Im familiar with, best doctor you could imagine, and confident convenient atmosphere.. got one of my first sets of glasses, my first contacts, and Ill continue to.. Happy patient..

Seems like they do not know what they are talking about most of the time . The Doctor gave me the wrong prescription it was too high of sphere which made my eyes worse . If you call in they will make your eyes worse !
