Really enjoyed the service here and have been a repeat patient every year for the past 4 years at this office. The service is great and the the doctors are wonderful. My only complaint is the fitting charge for my wife for contacts. She has been a contact wearer for a long time and the $80 charge for her to place contacts into her own eye using the same brand as before when there is really not much for her to be consulted on is a bit steep. I believe next time we will pass from purchasing contacts from the office to avoid the fitting charge and purchase cheaper from an online source as we have done in the pass. Overall, the experience is pleasant.

I love this eye Dr. Dr. Mohamed is so awesome. They are even out of network for me but I love the practice so much that I wont change. Thank you all for being so amazing! 07/08/17 - Once again I am happy with this Dr. Shes always nice and professional. She truly wants to listen and make sure that you are happy. I will always keep my eye Dr. Also if you are posting a review make sure you state which part of the office you are talking about. Dr. Mohamed is in the same building but does not work for Lens Crafters. The Dr office is simply next door. Please understand that. She is phenomenal and deserves credit for how great she is with patients.

I was SOOO impressed with the service not just from the staff but from Dr. Ahmadpour. The eye doctor I normally go to is always in a rush and I feel rushed. I had a lot of questions about wearing contacts. I have not been able to do so, now I think it might have been because my other doctor didnt take the time with me to fit me herself for the contacts. Dr. Ahmadpour listened to all my concerns answered all my questions and fitted me for a great pair of dailies that are SUPER comfortable. I was so excited to be able to wear them the rest of the day. I have found my new eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Ahmadpour!

OUR DAUGHTER CAME IN A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR AN EYE EXAM AND THE DOCTOR NOTED SOME UNUSUAL FRECKLING CLOSE TO HER OPTIC NERVE. TODAY WE WENT BACK FOR A FOLLOW-UP AND THE SAME DOCTOR SAW US. SHE IS WONDERFUL - KIND, INFORMATIVE, CONCERNED,ETC. ALSO, I NOTED HER HELPING HER STAFF MOVE BOXES AS I ENTERED. SHE IS EXTREMELY KIND TO EVERYONE INCLUDING THE STAFF. BOTH OF MY INTERACTIONS WITH THE TEAM HAVE BEEN SUPERIOR. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER NOW.

The doctors are great but the office management is atrocious! I made an appointment to be seen at 11:30AM and 40 mins. later I was still sitting there while walk-ins were seen. What is the point of taking the time to schedule an appointment if they are not going to honor it and let people with out appointments be seen ahead of you? I will not be making any more appointments at this place!

Pleasant experience from start to finish. The office was very busy, but, that did not stop Dr. Mohamed from taking her time to explain everything to me and then taking her time to go over my results again with my husband. Dr. Mohamed is very kind and caring. Great bedside manner.

If you want the absolute worst customer service available...by all means please visit or simply call this place. The staff answering the phone are derogatory and rude. My family and I will not be back. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Best Eye Exam ever. It usually takes 10 mins for me to complete pressure exam. Took 2 mins!!! Very friendly and accommodating staff and Dr. I have been a Lens Crafters customer for 20+ years and this was the best office so for!!!!
