I really loved the staff at this place. I had gotten a machine built with another shop in the area and was fed up with them after having trouble with it more than once within a few weeks. I brought to these guys and they were quick and more than helpful. Turns out the other place had put some bad hardware (another story) in the "new" machine and it malfunctioned. The people at etopia helped me get fixed and they really worked with me on the price. I couldnt be happier with the overall service and super friendly people at the place. Will be recommending!

What a horrible company, Rude, down right nasty. I won items from them on ebay. 9 of them and each one not as described, ranging from cracks due to poor packaging or damages that had been covered over with paint or pen. When I complained owner turned very nasty, insulting and just claimed I was a liar even though this fool had photos of all the items and the damages. Avoid this company at all costs, be it as a buyer or someone looking to reself. Just a very dishonest company.

Ive had my computers fixed there, sold items on ebay, and helped with my security issues at my home. Quality proven business for our neighborhood town! Keep it local, it builds community!! And one bad review by some petty moron, will never keep a good biz down!!!

I have always gotten all of my repairs done at this store, and not only are they done quickly and affordable, but the people running the store are reliable and genuinely care about their customers! I have recently gotten my computer back after it was not turning on for weeks, and now it is running like new after such a short repair time. Definitely a great experience!

There is no better place to bring your computer - ebay - transfer vhs to dvd - jason saved me almost a 1000.00 Best buy and staples ruined a dell xps that cost me over 1500.00 - best buy dropped it abd cost me 700 in parts - stapes could not fix what best buy did - went to etopia - fixed in 5 days running better then new christian john nielsen ridge ny

Had a problem with a hardrive my computer couldnt read it. Took it to them and unfortunately all the data lost loss. They took their time to diagnose at no cost. Then i had them install a GTX 750 nvidia pci graphics card no issues and was impressed with the price. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

I stopped in to have the screen of my laptop fixed and noticed they also install security equipment. Not only was my screen quickly and expertly fixed, but I now have a new home security system. Fast, friendly and affordable - their service cant be beat!
