Anyone that knows anything about me, they know that I ABSOLUTELY HATE SHOPPING! When I walked into C.F. In Cutler Bay, I was already prepared to give the "I know what I want" speech. Its a speech that over the years, I have perfected! You see, it seems that you can not go anywhere without someone attempting to sell you something that you have no interest in purchasing. To my astonishment, I was warmly greeted by MiMi. She asked what I was interested in seeing. I had already made up my mind as to what I wanted, and without hesitation, she led me to the bed that Id chosen online. For good measure, she asked how much my price range was, and then showed another bed set that was within my price range. After Id settled on the bed that I wanted, she led me to the mattresses. I was not completely satisfied with the price range, and with a promise to return if I could not find one that I was happy with, I purchased my bed and was out the door within an hour of arrival. Mimi, being the confident furniture seller that she is, assured me that I would return. Id like to tell you that she was wrong, Id like to tell you that I found a mattress, and it was at an even better price than the one MiMi had quoted.....so, that IS exactly what Ill report....kind of! After an afternoon of mattress shopping, I DID NOT find a mattress that I was satisfied with. So, I emailed MiMi, partly to let her know that she was right and Id be returning in the morning to purchase the mattress that she had previously shown me, and partly to thank her for her services...she was indeed, a pleasure. When I returned the next morning, MiMi had done what she said wasnt possible. She had found a better mattress, that was a fraction of what I had intended on spending. She literally out did HERSELF! I walked out of C.F. spending $100 LESS than Id intended to spend!! So if you are furniture shopping in the Cutler Bay Area, do yourself a favor and stop by City Furniture, ask for MiMi!!

I have been a City Furniture customer since they were Waterbed City. The quality of their furniture is excellent. This time around was greeted by Adriana Ulles who treated me like royalty. She bent backward to help me; that is I why I continue being a loyal customer. The department that needs major overhaul is their customer services department. Their agents are rude, and are not proactive in answering questions or resolving issues. When my furniture arrived their was a damage in back of the dresser. I called immediately, the first representative told me that I had called the wrong extension but was going to help me. As soon as I started explainning she hung up. I try to get someone else, however it was almost closing time I requested a call back. The following day, I waited but no one called me. I called and spoke to a representative by the name of Amitra, major attitude, unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the problem. As an unsatisfied customer, who had hust spent approximately five thousand dollars I asked to speak to a supervisor. This reprentative had the gull in a very sarcastic tone to ask me why did I want to speak to her supersor? I complied and told her that as a customer it was my prerogative to speak to a supervisor; since I was not in agreement with her answer. The so called supervisor by name Charmaine, was even worst she spent almost half an hour giving me the round around. I just called Adriana Ulles explained to her what was happening and she immediately volunteer to help. I sent photos; and she said, she would handle. Once again, she went beyond the calll of duty to help.

I searched for a while to find a sectional. I went back to city furniture because I like the style of their furniture. I didnt buy the in home service for my bed. But I pay the additional $170 to purchase it after a long sales pitch and being made to feel guilty if I didnt protect my investment for my sectiinal. I few weeks into having it I noticed that the seat is sagging in on area and the Fabric used to cover it had lint balls like an old sweater. I called the service number and waited on hold for over 30 minutes to get someone. She was rude and out right told me the lint balls are not covered. To my surprise the rep made it sound like everything was covered and tried to sell me a stain removal policy too. I told her how do I know its not covered she told me I have to go back to the store and have them print a warrantee. She had nothing to do with it. I was never provided a copy when I purchased it. I have to take 3 pictures and send it to an email address and wait to see if they will send someone. I am irate. I spent close to 5 grand between the couch and my bed and they are evasive and unhelpful when the product quality doesnt hold up. I could have spent $500 and gotten something cheap. I took my time to research and invested in what I thought was a superior product. I am very disappointed and will not bring them my business or recommend anyone else there in the future.

I have been looking for living room furniture for over a year. My biggest barrier in actually making a purchase has been visiting showrooms. Having been to almost all the major retailers, I would always walk out disappointed in the interactions with sales people and the actual selections on the floor. On Mothers Day weekend I was driving down US 1 and decided to take a chance and visit the City Furniture showroom in Cutler Bay. Not only did I purchase the furniture that perfectly fit my needs, but also had an amazing sales experience. Our sales person was helpful without being overbearing. The promotions were fantastic and he was able to get me my furniture the very next day. The delivery crew was on time, professional and despite my request to move things around a couple of times, did it with a gracious attitude. Since the purchase I have had a couple of calls to ensure my satisfaction and I am sold as a life time customer to City Furniture. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy furniture.

First time ever purchasing from City Furniture, I was so impressed by their service, knowledge and quality of Furniture. Our sales person Allen Gonzalez was a pleasure to work with. There was no sales pressure and the quality of their product speaks for itself. After 25 years we decided it was time to replace our existing bedroom set and we found the Coventry two tone set. It looks incredible in our bedroom, we feel like we are staying in a high end hotel room. Loved their 60 month no interest offer which made it that much more appealing. The three gentlemen that delivered the furniture were professional throughout the entire delivery and were in and out in less than an hour taking with them all the debris. I highly recommend City Furniture and will definitely be back to see Allen on our next purchase.

Two weeks ago we had to purchase inside/outside furniture for our Key Largo home. We discovered City Furniture was in the Cutler Ridge area which was 30 minutes away. As we entered the building we were greeted by Mimi Hernandez, general manager. She asked me a series of questions to get sense of my needs and wants. Within two hours I had completely purchased furniture for my new key largo home. Mimi called me with the status of delivery date and time. The delivery service was easy and efforts free. Within hours after the delivery Mimi made time to call me and ask me how it went. I explained that the furniture was beautiful and I thanked her for making this big event be so easy.
