Compre en 3/22/16 muebles para mi habitación y mi sala con la Sales Associate Alexandra Duran. El primer dia todo OK. Pero su carácter fue variando segun las situaciones que se fueron presentando. Cuando los muebles llegaron el sofa quedo grande y fui a hablar con ella para cambiarlo, fue una Odisea al final logré que me lo cambiaran, ya su trato no fue igual y aun no estoy convecida de las cuentas que ella saco. En cuánto a los del cuarto la terminación de las gavetas del Dresser son pésimas, hablé con customer service y el técnico solo podia ir a mi zona 2 dias y entre semana, es decir, yo tenia que faltar al trabajo para esperar al tecnico, de este detalle Alexandra me dijo que "ella tenia muchos anos trabajando en Room to Go y no sabía que los técnicos fueran sólo entre semana". Al final me mandaron 2 gavetas x FEDEX sin avisarme, una de ellas llegó rota, mandaron otra con la misma calidad mala por dentro, es decir, de terminación. Actualmente solo pude cambiar una gaveta y tendo guardadas las otras 3 para.... no se....votarlas. Pensé que los muebles tenian garantía y no es asi, solo te venden la garantía para manchas, pero eso no te lo explican bien, lo entiendes despues cuándo te comienzan a llamar de Room to Go para venderte las verdaderas garantías. Pido de favor que al vender se expliqué todo y no se utilicen frases como: "Lo unico que yo le digo es que tiene que venir, o ..... Yo no conozco que eso fue asi". Gracias. No recomiendo a esta vendedora ni a este lugar. Yo fui a El Dorado y sali super agradecida!!!!!

Alma Christman whatever she wants to call herself is such a liar. She is always off on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you guys dont go in the store during those days, try not to let her help you because she will mess you up. I bought a living room set there and she was the one helping me, so she was ringing me up and she started offering me a bunch of stuffs I dont even know about. I told her that I was not interested about all these craps she was offering me. And then finally she offered some kind of Decorative Club Card where the card is usually 60 dollars for 3 years and you would get 20% off on a decorative stuffs you buy from the store like, mirrors, wall decors etc. between these 3 years, she said. And then she also said that I was qualified for a promotion they had in the store that day where I would pay only 10 dollars for the card. So I said ok great. Sign me up for it. While she was in the middle of the transaction, she said ohh they are showing you that they charge you $59.95 for the card, but once they applied the promotion, they will only charge you $10. And I was like ok, thats fine. But then when I got home, I was looking at my receipt, I count everything and realized that they still charge me $59.95. So I waited until tomorrow to call her kuz she gave me her card with her phone number on it. She called out of work that day, she had emergencies they said. I waited another day and call on Friday. She had the nerve to tell me that they charge me $59.95 because she applied a discount for me for shipment. I was like, are u kidding me? Why you didnt talk about that when I was in the store with you? I got so pissed off, I just told her ok its fine and hung up the phone. Tomorrow Monday, I am going to the store and cancel everything and see what they are going to say about that. She rip me off. They are not supposed to do that to people.

Very disappointed. We went to the store, bought a mattress, a cabinet and what we were told was a matching pair of shelving units for $250. I asked twice to make sure that both sets of shelves were included, twice i was told yes both are included. When the stuff was delivered, only a single shelving unit. Called the RTG salesman, and he said WE had misunderstood, that the price was for the "shells" of 2 shelving units and not the shelves themselves, despite the fact they delivered one complete set of shelves not two "shells". But you know, "stuff" happens, its what the company does to fix the situation after that really shows their quality. RTG did not want to do anything initially, we had to complain to the sales reps manager in order to return the item. We were told we had to arrange a pickup, but this would mean one of us taking a half day to wait for the pickup. Then we were told to drop the item off up at their Northern store off the Palmetto. We traveled up there (30 miles each way) and were then told they do not accept returns, we have to arrange a pick up ! A wasted journey, 2 hours of our time, gas etc. because RTG just do not have it together. So, now our only option is for either my wife or I to take time off to be there when they come pick up the shelving unit. Very disappointed with RTG, and in the future i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bad experience ever!! I never went back, I always go to Ashley & City Furniture. I purchased a bedroom set and they were supposed to bring it in 4 days. 2 Weeks later i went back to the store cause i was still missing the dresser, mirror and one of the night stand. Spoke to a lady manager that was there at the time and Asked for my deposit back $260 and i would return the bed and tv Stand. They said" if you want, you may return the furniture but we cant give back your deposit, what?? Its not my fault that you never brought the hole set together. She thought she was smarter than me? Thought i was stupid. End of the story, the rest of the furniture came back a month later cause they had it in back order and never told me about it. They Reported me to the credit bureau but i got the furniture free cause i will not pay the remaining $1,300. This is me 2 years later!! I always go now to Ashley furniture, they do have better quality of furniture and such a great Customer service. After all i had a beautiful Panama Jack bedroom set from Rooms to go for free cause of their bad customer service. Im a hard working Nurse and Also have Lupus. Never ever play with my money or my patience!! Youll always lose

I purchased a gray leather electrical recliner living room and after 5 delivery attempts product is damaged and defective. The electrical recliners do not work, they stay stuck in open position and do not close. The leather is either ripped or has holes in it and is simply defective product. I really need to get my money back not happy at all. Also purchased a bedroom set and the mirror was defective as well. The exchange came with a defective mirror. The wood was cracked down the side. The delivery guys have no consideration when they deliver. They have damaged my front door frame and paint scratched badly. The worse part is one of the guys was sleeping on my couch 2 hours in my driveway until the guys made the next delivery to make room to put the couch on the truck. What a mess.
