This evening me and my friend went to this ingles to get 4 items and we still look around by meats area department then all of the sudden ingles manager and 4 guys cashiers almost attack my friend & the manager accusing my friend that my friend is in the back of the bakery eating ! Wow I am so shocked to heard it about this Accusations. Me and my friend so shocked and so humiliated that we are mistreated like this. This Assistant Manager Robert Carter almost attacts my friend and very intimidating act I can see in his body languages and this is not a good behavior also a very bad customer service .This Manager and 4 guys cashier need to be fired for their accusations to my friend. We been coming in this Ingles , since old ingles here and now we been treated us like thief or criminals.! I just want to let everyone know that they are rude and very unprofessional approach to the customer. Instead of humiliation or treating us like a theft or criminals why didnt you view your Camera and the truth is there if were a thefts. What A shame! You think you are Assistant Manager -Robert Carter of this Ingles store that you can mistreated customers coming in this grocery store. Get a life ! We didnt do anything wrong and were are very respectful customer. You Assistant Manager Robert Carter do wrongly accusing my friend and that is Slandering Act.

I live 2 minute from this Ingles, it is very clean and always good customer service... My only real issue would be that they need to decide if they are a West Asheville store or a Leicester store? Every time I go in to get food I buy mostly organic and it is becoming harder to get any of these items at this store, The slots are empty usually the full fat milk and yogurts are out of stock while there are 4 or 5 slots of over processed or fat free products over stocked and on the verge of expire... I think that if I was a company I would stock more of what I sell and less of what I dont. Not sure if done on purpose to try to force us to buy the inferior product left or if the vendors are in charge of stocking shelves not managers?? Would love to see a better variety of organic good food since it obviously sells well at this location. Thank you.

this is one of the best ingles markets in all of Asheville. If you need something and you are at the corner of Patton ave and new leicester hwy, SKIP THE ONE AT PATTON - its disgusting! drive 3 more miles (exactly) and get your choice of fresh veges - NEVER BROWN and after 8pm, ht emeat is way way way marked down and NOT BROWN. So many ingles have their meat brown and still trying to sell it. The best part of moving out leicester Hwy! absolutely in love love love with this store. Moved all my meds to there as well. nice staff. $3.00 list of scripts. stay out of Walmart - shop ingles pharmacy its cheaper! Organic loose goods as well like earthfare. as good as it gets!

Mostly good, but why in the world would you put a stinking checkout line RIGHT in front of the door where you come in? I mean, are you trying to keep customers out? To make it worse, they have said checkout line open and running when plenty of other checkout lines are closed creating an unneeded hindrance. Add that to people standing at the redbox machine which is right there also and youve got a roadblock and a half. After all the good and nice things about this location, this one checkout line hindrance is, yes, enough to rate this store as 1 star.

Love when i call a place to see what time they close and it takes 8 min on hold for someone to pickup because no one has enough brains to put the store hrs on the initial recording you have to go through to get the customer service desk... and here is an idea... get on google maps and correct your store hrs... it says you close at 11pm every day... then their is another list of store hrs that say 10... couldve saved me and anyone else trying to find out 10 minites of b.s.

This is the Best Ingles anywhere! Theyre the most friendly, best stocked, most enjoyable because of the great deli and Starbucks and it is so convenient for about anything else one might need! I must say that the Pharmacy is exceptional. I have never seen this kind of good old fashioned patient care since the 70s! I could go on and on! This is a really well managed store! Thank you for being so down to earth and professional at the same time!

Since no one has made the news here this year by being brutally assaulted in the parking lot, I guess it is better than the Patton Ingles. I have had to literally step over a hypodermic needle in the parking lot here to get my groceries. Corporate obviously put some money into this store, but you just cant overcome stupid staff. The employees are often unfriendly, rude and even threatening.

Leicester NC night manager needs an attitude adjustment.... if your going to sell an item for another company, then you need to know what to tell a customer to do in a case they dont need that item anymore (money orders) instead of a simple I dont know...basically told me I paid my money order amount for a piece of paper...

Huge store, well laid out and friendly people now that 1 person isnt in the Deli anymore....... They also have the cheapest gas of ALL the Ingles locations, then if u have your Advantage card, its even CHEAPER. LOVE the staff, the Managers, and its just a place you feel welcome.

Phillip is a great manager. Anytime I have an issue with gluten free products, he always helps me out. And will take any request for new products to the higher-ups to see if we can get hem in store. The store is clean and with the new updates, is looking great.

The worst Ingles I have been to. NO management up front ever. They are stocking or straightening items on shelves. The U-scan is always nasty. One lady that works there in the morning cares and keeps it clean. No one else cares. Terrible store!

Ingles is an awesome place especially if you go on Tuesday so you can earn triple fuel points. Amazing discounts on the fuel and awesome discounts on the food which is always great tasting. Its just like Publix but with gas rewards!

Pretty much the most convenient of convenient grocery stores around this area. You can find pretty much everything here food, medical, and even utility wise such as napkins or cups. One place with fair pricing.

Cashiers and baggers need serious training, raw meat doesnt go with vegetables!. The parking lot is horrible - it gives me road rage. However its the closest grocery store, so I guess I dont have much choice.

Probably the oldest looking Ingles I have ever been to. Its the closest one to where I live so I go there from time to time. Not my favorite, but the items on the shelf are the standard Ingles quality.
