Cashier Cindy was incredibly rude. When there wasnt a bagger to bag our groceries I happily bagged them. I figured I usually do self checkout anyways. Then I ran out of bags but her line was her priority after I had already paid. Even if she had the rest of her job to do with me still. She literally threw me my bags for the rest of my groceries & went right to the next customer in line. There wasnt even any room for the next customers groceries til I finished. Which entirely annoyed of course after paying too much to begin with I took my time. This kroger has bad parking, fruits & customer service. Theres a whole foods right on the other side of 16 mile at Harper. 15 mile & Gratiot theres a target. & a Meijer at like 14 & little mack.. Ive never been to such a terribly taken care of kroger. Happy shopping

Not to mention 4 times the machines stole money, always nothing can do. Horrible stock selection. Multiple times Ive been put on hold in front of 2-5 workers and had to wait up to 5 minutes to be acknowldged let album be help. While shopping employees make samrt alleck remarks move their stock trys infron of what Im shook ng and when need assistance it takes 10 minute 3 employees and Im enbarassed because the wy I pay is being yelled back and forth with them all yards away. Also when using debit I fear for identify fraud from this. Lookin into shopping elsewhere and just paying extra to go

Manager in the morning could use some people skills. Other than the very polite man in charge of stocking the Organic veggies most of the employees seem rude or irritated. Especially at the meat and seafood counter. A couple m ok nths ago I saw an upper management person tear into them concerning the food being old in display case. Expected considering there poor attitudes. Never available when you stand there wanting to buy an item behind the glass. Then seem so irritated to help especially when you get more than 1 item. Terrible. I try to avoid all of them.

WORST Bakery cake decorating I have ever experienced!! If you have a special occasion and need a cake decorated, DO NOT go to the Kroger in Harrison Township. A four year old could have done better than the cake I received. I HAD to have it for our Company Corp event and there was no time for them to make another. The writing was so sloppy you couldnt read it, the colors were not even close to what I ordered, part of it was damaged, everything was way off center and the base frosting was blotchy. Just horrendous! Avoid this bakery at all costs!!

Always have to wait, never have enough of what you like on the shelf especially if its on sale, bottle room is always another wait, and the person in charge of the beer cooler has no idea, if you like tasteless beer there are rows and rows of it, if you like IPA there is plenty of that, but if you like good beer its not there or it,s not in the cooler. Oberon drinkers prefer bottles, duh. Several items I would buy during the week have disappeared from the shelf. AND its pricey

When youre walking Kroger its like being part of a family everybody is kind to you they go out of their way if something is not on the Shelf to go get it for you and theyre always Pleasant the employees are always a smile just a nice place to shop and the sales are phenomenal I would never choose any other grocery store other than Kroger produce is fresh Bakery is fresh and the meat is awesome I recommend the store to anyone

when I was down at 15 and Harper I used to go to the one on 16 and Crocker all the time and the store it was great I knew where everything was I could get in and out and just a few minutes and really never had any problems I would always use the self-serve self-scan lanes and I would have no problem there would be plenty enough items for me to get and I never had to worry about leaving there without something I need it

Only the Kroger at Crocker and Metro Parkway do I have a problem. Not at the regular check-out lines just at the self service. Always a problem saying someone has been notified to help you when clearly theres nothing wrong. I even asked me the salesperson whats wrong he says he doesnt know. This is every time at that location. Never any other Kroger. I personally prefer Kroger to other grocery stores.

The staff is professional and always friendly and always asks how you are doing. Their produce is always fresh and stays fresh for days to come unlike Meijers. The prices are good and not as high as Meijer when it comes to food, the personal products are a little bit more costly. The store is clean, and it is easy to get into and out of the parking lot as well

I like the people, they are always nice, I mean the ones that work there, but the people who visit there need some home training!! They have a good health food section, and vegetable section. Pricing is a little high as well, you would think that all Krogers have the same pricing, the new super kroger on little mack and 13 mile EXCELLENT!!!

Staff are usually helpful. The biggest reason I come here is for the fresh meat and seafood. They have a great selection and its always so fresh! Their produce section, while small and limited, is almost always well stocked. They dont have more obscure foods so I have to go elsewhere, but for much of my food shopping I go here.

Smaller store, thus easier to navigate for me, with everything we need including easy-on, easy-off access from I-94 @ Metro Parkway. Or the more scenic way home across Lakeshore. Also has a parking lot garden corral with check-out...many hanging baskets.

Yeah, this place is okay. But I would never return bottles here its filthy. Also your best to park your car way away from the front doors as theres a lot of drunks and people that dont know how to drive in here. Ive been hit here before while shopping.

Its a good grocery store. I like that they have boars head deli meat and the store is well stocked if I cant find something at miejer I can usually find it here. The parking lot is annoying with its layout and shopping carts seem to be everywhere.

We live right in the area and frequent Kroger on a weekly basis. The location is always clean and very well organized. Although there is no gas station at this location, we still find it to be one of the better ones in the area.

Literally rotten produce, low inventory on sale and gluten/dairy free items, horrible parking, and expired food all departments (some over 30 days). Have spoken to manager, nothing has changed months later.

Although I think most of the staff are really nice and usually fully stocked, the parking sucks. Way too many handicapped spots and all those spots are never filled.
