So, purchased a $700 mattress, 4 months same as cash. Inquired that I needed to be able to pay online when I purchased it. The incredibly ancient old lady that worked the desk insured me I could. First payment comes due: my account is locked. My day off is Wednesday, the location I purchased the mattress happens to be closed on Wednesdays (I didnt know this). Again, I try repeatedly to pay online to pay via the website. Always locked. Sent "online payment support" an email and left a message (always on Wednesday)---no response. So, I call another Schewels (that is open on Wednesday)---informed THEY cant take my payment. Finally, took off an afternoon from work, drove there on a Friday. My payment was late at this point. I paid it with the fee, and was informed that I had to pay the late fee for all 4 payments. Well, what was the damn point? The old lady informed me that the online account would be repaired. It wasnt. The winner is: I get to pay an additional 90 bucks in interest because the website doesnt work AND they are closed on my day off. Oh yeah, the snide comments from the elder wasnt kind of obnoxious. Maybe its just a "southern thing" to be an ass to a customer....maybe is just a "Schewels thing" but they certainly achieved a gold-plated standard for poor charm. Upshot: This hasnt been much fun. .

We purchased a very nice sectional in sep of 2015 6 months later we had to call because it wasnt holding up so i sent pictures to the assistant manager and she called the company who made it they said it was defective and gave us our money back so they called and we wanted the same set we had we were then told that it was discontinued and they didnt know when they could get it back in so we were recommend to pick out a new one well we got the new one in april of 2016 and we have had nothing but problems with this set the recliner is broken they came out and fixed it not even a week later it broke again they came out and zip tied it the loveseat recliner will not go down the manager came out and said it was our faught and it was abuse on our part so they sent is parts to fix both pieces and the company comes out to fix it and they sent the wrong parts so the man that was here to fix it said that the love seat was not our faught that the gromet was faulty and thats what made the whole thing bend so we are back at square one with broken furniture since april the 23 that we have been paying for that doesnt work properly.

Very happy with the kitchen table and chairs we bought here. Delivery proce was reasonsable. They delivery in the time window they said they would and were very professional. The sales people are personable and dont hover while you browse. We will be back for other future furniture needs.

we felt Schewels was over priced. Seemed to have great deals. Maybe it is just furniture stores in general that are expensive. Sales people did not overwhelm you here at Schewels, they welcomed you and let you know that they were there to help but they didnt heckle us.

Purchased several sets for house. Had quite a few problems with last set. After 3 months and a small refund all was settled. Would I go back? No, too much drama and not worth the price now that Ive had 2 livingroom sets for about 6 months.
